Dr. Ani A Bodoutchian

Dr B is wonderful. I think the bad reviews are about her PA because I also have a bad experiences with her and if that would be her office I would never ever come back there. Dr B is the most caring, most knowledgeable doctor which I’ve ever met in my life- honestly. She treats you like a family. No rush, no worries. She is exceptional doctor!

It seems like someone doesn’t like Dr. B and writes awful reviews.. but everyone who went to see her won’t believe in those comments. Since I came to the office I felt like home. Front desk girls are always very friendly and they help me immediately if I need anything. They are very helpful and nice as well as the nurse and the technicians coming to perform the testings. Finally Dr B is the most bright, intelligent and Knowledgeable Dr. which I’ve ever met. She listens you carfuly, explains everything to you as much as you need to understand it! She never rushes and always knows all the answers!! She is sweet and funny with little ironical humor same like mine so I know the meaning right away???? love love love her!!!! I red the reviews and I’m shocked!!! Dr B is the most wonderful person! It’s true that Dr B has her own sense of humor but you need to have just a small amount of intelligence to catch that!! I’m 40 and Dr Ani is the first Dr in my life, which with I feel safe if it comes to my health. She truly cares about you and she doesn’t count the seconds on the clock to kick you out from the room like other doctors do. She knows the answer for all my questions and there was no single time when she would have diagnosed me wrong!! Even I usually have a rare illnesses!! I’m so happy with her and my wife as well. Must mention all the staff working there- always happy and willing to help you!! I recommend this office to all my family and friends!! If you need a referral but dont need medical help go here. There are always appointments because the staff here is so rude. I started going here and noticed very rude staff and doctor. Then my Wife started going and said the same exact thing her first visit. She says the doctor made her feel very uncomfortable and she does not want to go back. Acording to her the doctor barged in and directly asked her to show her the issue immediately after speaking with the nurse then laughed when she was told how my wife was dealing with the issue. They will always do a full checkup on you and blood work without asking and you will receive a bill in thd mail for multiple tests conducted after the fact. 20 minutes of a Spanish voice-mail receiver that I don't understand, just for the English voice to appear and say the office is closed. It says I can leave a message but then hangs up

The best experience I have ever had with a primary care doctor. She listens and explains things throughout. Her staff is wonderful as well

I have to say worst experience i’ve had at a doctor before. If you already have a doctor or know of another, do not waste your time here. I got charged my co pay before i even had anything done, no body explained anything without me having to ask and even when i asked i was given an attitude. This doctor lacks all human compassion. My relative literally died the day after I spoke with her, and she presented no empathy, would not allow me to ask any questions regarding my relative's care or condition, and abruptly ended her phone call with me. I have notified the hospital, state department, and my attorney, as I will push to take on litigation regarding her lack of care.

Dr. Bodoutchian runs a very efficient and professional office. Truly makes going to the doctor a pleasant experience! I go back every year for my annual physical with no wait time.

I finally found a doctor that listens and explains, I don't feel like I'm on an assembly line. The staff is upbeat, pleasant and will get back to me, within a reasonable time, with answers to any questions I have. The wait time is acceptable and the waiting room and exam rooms are a comfortable temperature. Overall, I find Dr. B, her staff and the environment a clean, pleasant office to visit. She cares, is loving, helpful, and very intelligent. Lucky to have her as part of my life. She has helped me through the years with my health but also always has a lending hand and great advice. EXCELLENT overall care

Ever since she went with North Shore and still teaching residents appointments are few and far if you get a call back

Unable to contact her, inconsistent returning call, blew me off and told me to go to the Er.
