On the day of the appointment, my father was seen right away by Dr Lalwani and we had a great experience. He explained each step before any procedure, was kind, and solved my father's medical issue. He was most reassuring! In addition, the audiologist, and also the ancillary staff, from the receptionist to the nurses, were very welcoming. Overall, from start to finish, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this hospital and all staff.

My visit was informative. Dr. Lalwani asked me questions and answers my questions very well. He also directed me to another source for some discomfort I am experiencing

Although my referral was for vertigo I had a question about another condition. Dr. Lalwani was personable, thorough and very willing to answer all my questions. I feel quite confident in his care.

For 8 years Dr. Lalwani has followed my case following surgery for cholesteatoma. Thorough, precise, and caring are just a few of the superlatives I would give him. My interactions with him have provided me with very professional diagnosis and a very human touch. I highly recommend him.

On March 03/03/2023 I visisted Dr Lalwani office for the first time. I was amazed by the care and compassion that i received, he explained in details about my problem. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Excellent Doctor. Explained every procedure and the reason for it. Office very efficient. Doctor was not rushed. He gave precautions and alerts to be aware of. Smiled and made my next year's appointment.

After a hearing test we met. He clearly explained the results and possible remedies. He was also thorough, and found something if which I was previously unaware. I would recommend to anyone having hearing issues.

Dr. Lalwani is smart, practical, and compassionate. He is personable, a great listener, empathetic, and makes patients feel cared for. I feel lucky to have him as my doctor and trust that his advice and care are the best.

Dr. Lalwani has been taking care of me since he did my ear surgery 5 years ago. He is compassionate, caring, very knowledgeable and he explains everything in details. He is the best and I would highly recommend him to take care of your ear problems.

He is following for Meniere's, age-related hearing loss, and otolith failure. He is excellent, knowledgable, friendly.

I began to have noticeably worsening (but mild) hearing loss. I wanted advise on next steps, in particular, a recommendation (or not) for hearing aids. He explained the research behind his recommendation for early use of hearing aids (for mild hearing loss) and what to anticipate ... and to be patient in learning to use the devices.

He was so so mean to me, I literally left the office crying. He misdiagnosed me and provided no explanation for his thoughts while simultaneously stating that all other top ENTs I’ve seen were wrong, provided no advice or guidance, and even said that he hates people like me. Not a single positive thing to say about him. Lacks knowledge and interpersonal skills. (I waited a month for this appointment too) He was so so mean to me, I literally left the office crying. He is the real deal. Appt today very impressed and took his time to explain and answer all my questions. Great personality added to vast knowledge. You wont be sorry..

I waited 90 minutes. He did not listen to me at all. He was completely rushed. The first thing I told him was that I was in pain. He did nothing to alleviate my pain. He just reccomended hearing aids to me with no explanation. I am 30 years old and have seen and ENT regularly for my entire life and not one has ever mentioned hearing aids to me. I felt blindsided, but he said "don't worry your beautiful hair will cover them". He was so condescending. When I left I was still in pain and in tears.

Dr. Lalwani is terrific! Very thorough and the nicest, most pleasant Doctor I have ever met.

Dr. Lalwani is so nice and caring and very professional and has a great deal of experience in his field. The office is efficient and testing and appointments are handled on time--I've never had to wait.

One of the finest surgeon/physician I have ever dealt with. He is clearly one of the tops in his area of expertise. Plus his bedside manner is one the best in the northeast. If you need help in his area of expertise forget the rest and run to Dr Lalwani. Only challenge is because he takes time with patients he does back up in schedule BUT well worth the wait. A 5 star guy

Dr. Lalwani has put tubes into 4 of our children. He is always accessible, willing to work with us on scheduling (which is no easy feat) and most importantly was willing to come in during a holiday to see one of our children. However, his most impressive quality is his care and love for every patient. He has amazing bedside manners and entertains the kids while calming the parents. We completely recommend him and are blessed that he provides such great care for our family.

We are in the medical field and savvy consumers. He seems to be an intelligent physician however he did not engage in full disclosure and mislead us on a mistake made during surgery. The mistake was significant and required a subsequent surgery at HUMC to repair. When we questioned the error, he said we were obnoxious and grating. It was not a good experience.
