Jen and Nikki checked me in, they were friendly and quick! I sat in the room for maybe 2 minutes before Dr Henderson came in. She knew the diagnosis at first glance, started treatment immediately and wrote down my home plan. I was there for maybe 30 minutes total! The "paperwork" is done on an ipad and the whole place was clean and very well decorated, especially for a Dr office. Thank you for making it easy to visit, I will definitely recommend you. Dr. Henderson answered all my questions in detail. Lovely bedside manner

She treated my son for his molluscum contagiosum she was gentle with the treatment and reassured him when he was scared. He’s only 9 and very Leary of doctors, procedures, and medications. He went 4xs and never had a problem going or infections after procedure. She also treated my husband skin tags and different spots on his face and other areas they are very much improved. Dr. Henderson is very experienced, she has treated me for several skin issues. She is patient and always so kind, she always spends the time needed to listen and treat effectively.

Dr. Henderson is a great dermatologist. I been going to her from last 15 years. Her knowledge and bed side manners are extraordinary. She helped me with hyperpigmentation on my forehead. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Henderson is a very interesting person! I really enjoy her conversation about her pets. She has helped me with my skin checks from last 14 years. I really like her new office and her staff. I highly recommend her for dermatology services.

Unfortunately Dr. Henderson’s treatment plan left me with a skin discoloration that last for months… and it is still there. I appreciate her patience with answering all my questions and has impeccable bedside manners.

I have been going to Dr. Henderson for over 17 years. She is the best Dermatologist and ensures her patients receive proper care! I recently contacted her practice and was sadden that she’s no longer there. If anyone know Where she relocated please respond Please Post. Thanks!

Dr. Henderson is a dedicated professional who is both knowledgeable and competent. She is very personable, informative, and witty. Dr. Henderson takes the time to listen carefully and to respond appropriately to all patient concerns.

She does take as much time as needed. I have always liked her. Have been going for many years.

She never even touched my skin once. Nor was there good lighting to see what was wrong. Prescribe the most expensive Rx's. They burned my skin, caused bumps, peeling and pain. My face was red and inflamed for 17 days. Water even burned and stung me. Never had any of this until I went to her. Went only for skin blemishes and discoloration. Don't let the photo fool you! First visit I believe my thinning hair is due to braiding/cornrows however I hoped to find a solution to slow/stop thinning-- during my visit I was fast-talked by the Dr. H. when trying to get answers and to explain my condition. The doctor NEVER ONCE EXAMINED MY SCALP, seemed very IMPATIENT when asked questions. In the 5-7 minute meeting my questions were not answered to my satisfaction and i left not clearly knowing my diagnosis although I was prescribed medications and asked to schedule follow up visit. Against my better judgment after several months I made a 2nd follow-up visit i was curious to know if I would have same experience and similar response. In my opinion Dr. H.'s personality is non-caring, impatient and cold. I will not be returning to tat office for care. My scalp was itching very bad for few days. First I saw the PA Mackenzie Doshi. She said it’s only rash and prescriped a solution for my hair. The situation got worse after 24 hours. The next day I noticed my 1 year old daughter itching too. I checked her scalp my self and I was able to recognize lice. I then found the same thing in my scalp too. I made an appointment next day and saw Dr. Anita Henderson and complained about Mackenzie’s miss diagnosis. I pulled lice with my nail and that’s when she was able diagnose it and prescribed a shampoo for me. Half an hour after leaving the doctor’s office, I went to my pharmacy and they said she have not send the prescription yet. I called the office and they said the Dr. Will send the prescription by the end of the day before she leaves or in the morning. I can’t stay stand one minute knowing my kids and I have lice in my head when Dr. Henderson Is being so ignorant and careless. I would never ever come back again. BTW this was my first time to this place. I would assume they should care more about their patients wether they come first time or not if they really want to keep their business. Update: I checked next morning and the day after, the doctor have never sent the prescription!!! I don’t recommend this place at all. I have never met such a bad doctor like her and a bad practice!! Hands down, she is the best dermatologist!

Dr. Henderson is thorough but I had to wait over 1/2 hour to be seen for both of my appointments. Time management could be improved.

I have had 3 visits with dr. H 2 of which I waited over an hour before I was seen. I sympathize thats she has difficulty walking but unfortunaley its not fair to schedule patients for morning appointments if she needs more time in the mornings for her mobility. No comparisons of quality of care with Dr. H being my first dermatologist. My procedures take 15 but an hour and a half of my time. Not returning. I have had 3 visits with dr. I was one of Dr. Henderson's 1st patients in the 1980's. I stayed with Dr."H" for 20 years. I had a cancerous growth removed besides being treated with chronic Roscea (since I was a teenager and now an adult.). I always found her to be most pleasing, well mannered, professionally dedicated and tended to my needs. After 20 some years I moved out of the Columbia/Metro Balto area and at 69 just too far to drive. I regret that. But if you are looking for the kind of dermatologist that knows her speciality, tends to the needs of her patients, DR. "H" is that person. I was one of Dr. Henderson's 1st patients in the 1980's. A caring doctor who is patient & thorough. I never feel rushed.

I could hardly ever speak to someone in person. Answering machine and they never called me back. I made an appointment and wanted to change the time and could never speak to receptionist. So I never went there or called again!
