I was so anxious to see doctor about this situation ( angular chelitis). But when looked up, it’s actually yeast infection which is actually flared up to the other corner of the lips, I thought she is going to recommend me to a dermatologist but give me a very simple prescription medication to control this issue. Omg just after a one use ... my flared up infection started healing. I must say dr Ann is amazing.. what ever you have a issue just close your eye and walk to her clinic. She is so understanding person. And in last she says which I have never had these words from other dr “ after 7 days I want to hear good news from you, that your infection is gone”. Both my husband and I were seen by Dr Schmitt via Telehealth at first, then we saw her in person in the parking lot . We were tested for Covid-19. Dr Schmitt was very professional , friendly and efficient.

I love both of the doctors here. My kids and I have seen them for a variety of issues and ailments and we have always been treated with total respect by ALL of the staff, from the front office to the medical assistants and nurses, and especially the doctors. Dr Ann Schmitt is the very best Doctor I have encountered in over 50 years! She is knowledgeable, personal, thorough and gives love to her patients. She is a Doctor I trust and have brought my entire family there to have her services. I trust and love her completely!!!

I cannot even put into words how happy I am with the care and treatment I received from the staff at Revere Health! The receptionist and MA were kind and proficient, and Dr Schmitt was absolutely amazing!! I have gone to 3 other doctors in the past looking for the care and respect that she gave me! She was educational and explained things so I could understand, she was sympathetic of what I was feeling and she was knowledgeable AND quick in my treatment! I was able to get an appt with her in great time, I had no wait time to see her and my medications were ready for me at the pharmacy just minutes after my appointment. Since my last doctor retired several years ago, I have been on a quest to find a new primary doctor who accepts new Medicare patients and in whom I can place my trust. Dr. Schmitt was on time. She listened. She cared. She was knowledgeable about my issues, supportive and encouraging. She was open to new ideas and shared some very interesting approaches to health that she believes work. The staff at Farr West Family Medicine were very nice and efficient. I was seen right away, no waiting. Dr Schmitt was very friendly and so knowledgeable! She made me feel at ease and gave me a lot of great information. She gave me the opportunity to be in charge of my healthcare. My disabled son was in need of a physician since his physician of 20 years retired. I had all the medical records sent in advance several days before the appointment to give an opportunity for her review.. I took my son to his appointment, arrived on time. We Waited 90 minutes until we saw Dr. Ann Schmitt. We were the only patients in the waiting room the first 50 minutes. She came in with only the medication sheet and explained that she would not give the medications to my son that had been prescribed to him. Although they have been effective in his management for his quality of life for over 15 years. She had no questions as to why he was on them, no questions as to regarding his syndrome. Dr. Schmitt’s visit with my son was less than 2 minutes. No suggestions as to alternate to his management that is related to the syndrome. I suggest she goes to Oregon and practice medicine. The staff however was very kind to me and tolerant to my disabled son. My disabled son was in need of a physician since his physician of 20 years retired. I was very pleased with my experience with Dr Schmitt. She and her staff are very professional. They were attentive to my questions and I was able to get my needs address in a very timely manner. The staff is friendly and Dr Schmitt is pleasant and communicates well.

I had an appointment as a new patient due to my physician retired. Medical records were sen days in advance for review prior to appointment. I waited over 90 minutes before seeing the doctor. When she came in her first words were after reviewing the medications you are on I won't give the meds. Nothing discussed regarding the car accident and neck pain I was experiencing. Which a pain doctor recommended I get CT scan done to determine the cause. As well as my chronic condition and medications related were never addressed or even other options.. Dr. Schmitt was in the exam room less than 2-3.monites. As a nurse, I would've been written up. One star for the kind staff.
