Dr Wallace has stood by me through this journey. She is an excellent surgeon worthy of praise. I am thankful for her skill.

Flabbergasted. First I was told to be there 45 minutes before my appointment so they could upload discs that I brought with me and have time to review them. That didn't happen. They waited until they called me back for my visit at my scheduled appointment time and then asked for the discs. Nurse looked at dates on the 4 disks I was told to bring and gave me 2 back as the doctor had ordered 2 x-rays and they wouldn't need the 2022 discs. They did their 2 x-rays, went back to my room, doctor comes in and proclaims it hasn't changed since the MRI done at Vanderbilt 6 years ago. That'd be great except I have never in my life had an MRI at Vanderbilt. I did have x-rays though. She then states she had no images from 2016 to compare her x-rays to as Vanderbilt only sent a report, not images. I stated yes you do, I brought the disc's with me from HMG of x-raysdone in 2016. Her nurse(s) chose 2022 disc's instead of 2016 disc's to upload. By the way, the 2022 mri is of the other knee, not the one in question. She brought a printout- from a printer into the room with printer print outs of her x-rays. I have no idea where the MRI image print out she had came from. I'm not even sure it was mine at this point. A doctor is only as good as the staff they have around them. I wasn't impressed at all. I felt like I had stepped back in time when I walked into the examining room. No computers, no image screens, just a flat table bed, a couple of chairs and a desk. Okay maybe they aren't up to date or as modernized as every other doctor office and even physical therapy office I'd been in. Comparable to a reservation hospital I was in once in NM back in the late 90's. She asked how I ended up seeing her. I told her because my doctor said it had "changed significantly ". She hadn't even looked at 2016 images that I bought with me to make her conclusion. I had never been to UT Medical or their orthopedic oncologist before. I won't go back after this visit either. I expected more from a university medical facility than wrong disc's being uploaded and conclusions based on assumptions. Apparently going to a specialist is like buying a truck. Don't buy a truck that was built on Monday or Friday. Apparently don't go to a specialist on Monday or Friday either. Now after looking at the printer print outs she gave me that she used to compare: the MRI was done at HMG in 2016 and she stated something about how MRIs take cross section pictures at various angles ya-ta-da-da didn't catch it all . What we appear to have is a side view mri image 2016, her front view x-rays and HMGs front view x-rays 2022. First, it is longer from 49.52 to 51.49 but whoever did the measurements in the second x-ray missed a good portion of it. I don't know if 2 MM change is significant or not. Someone strongly suggested I go to Louisville instead. I wish I had. Maybe I would feel better about the diagnosis. Won't be here again. Flabbergasted. System is set up well to get patients checked in and registered before seeing the doctor. Friendly staff. Very efficient.

Dr.Anna was just great, did what she said. Very sweet and kind love that about her a really people person. A great Doctor 10 in my book.

The staff were very friendly and empathetic. The wait time was minimal and the Dr was lovely and thorough.

Could not have had a better Dr. than Anna Wallace. I fell at work and broke my plateau tibia in December 2019. She did an excellent job with repairing my knee. It is now June 2020 and I am walking again.

Dr. Wallace was professional, calmed any fears, explained the procrdure thoroughly and answered all our questions. Everyone in the office was pleasant and helped our visit go smoothly

Dr. Wallace was absolutely amazing from the emergency trauma surgery, through the two follow up appointments I had. Honestly, legit, the stars aligned and I got her for my surgery, after being hit but a drunk driver. I honestly can’t believe the job she did by putting my knee cap back together again...I’m very much indebted....Thank Dr. Wallace..... Very informative. I went to Dr. Wallace on follow-up visit for cancer of my hamstring muscle. She answered all my questions, she is very thorough. I really appreciate all she has done for me!!!

Dr Wallace and Christy are always so professional and nice. They explains things to me and my daughter in ways she will understand. I couldn't ask for a better doctor and staff to take care of my baby (teenager)

There was a lady there that helped my mom and I get to the hospital. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.

This was my very first visit and the stuff did a great job with working with me and removing splint from my leg.

This has been a long road for me due to my injuries . During my visits from the time the nurse greats me in the waiting room till I receive my papers I am treated with the best of care and concern . Your facility is wonderful and caring .

We were referred to UT Medical Center by another Dr. We did have an almost two hour drive to get there. We were very scared parents seeking a diagnosis of our child. Dr. Wallace is a straight-forward kind of doctor. She doesn't say much, but it's important to listen to what she does say. She did a very complicated ORIF-R on my right heel/ankle. I very much appreciate Dr. Wallace. She was friendly but professional and always made me feel at ease. The surgery went well and is healing very nicely. I would definitely recommend her and would go to her again if ever needed.
