Dr is fantastic! Office support is lacking customer service. The golden rule is non existent. I called the office at 4:15 they said they take calls until 430 on the recording. I left a message nobody called me back. This has happened EVERY time. Once I was told that they called me back because they called to verify an appointment. What nonsense is that?. Also I called at 1:10 and they say they take calls except between 130 and two.I left a message nobody called me back. Call any other time during the day you’re on hold for a very long time…..if they answer the phone. How can a doc keep patient with office staff that doesn’t support patients. From the calling system unprofessional to the whole staff with the Doctor unprofessional. The Dr had an emergency an was unable to get to the office.I had taken a biopsy and nobody could give me my results or call me. Tried 2 weeks later still couldn't get my results until she comes back on the 11th of April. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Don't go to this office. How is she still allowed to be open?

This is the most unprofessional Doctor that I have ever encountered. She has no manners whatsoever, rude and will not let you speak she will talk over you. Has no clue of what she is doing!! Perhaps gained degree from a prize in crackerjack box. Really scary......

Extremely unprofessional physician. It's best to listen to the family who is caring for the patient so you can know what to do as a physician. Interrupting and speaking in a rude tone is not helpful for the patient. It's never good to assume that whom you are speaking to does not have any knowledge. Due to this experience, it became our last office visit. We found a new endocrinologist that will listen to the patient and not try to rush us off the phone without addressing the chief complaint. Very disappointed, especially since we have been going there for years. Extremely unprofessional physician. horrible service im currenly on hold for 15 mins second time around after being hung up on , now im calling from a different phone and the automated message comes on saying they are closed .. its currently 3:57 and they supposedly close at 4:30...

If I could give this so called dr and her staff 0 stars I would. They are all rude. A couple of times she even yelled at me. Once one her young staff member told me that she yelled at him and he secretly called her the dragon lady. I think that speaks volumes on how she treats her staff as well

The rudest staff ever. They mock you and yell at you without any reason. You feel you are hated at her office by so many staff that they prefer to judge the patients rather than doing their job. The Dr. is unprofessional and she doesn’t care also. Bad experience.

Very good Doctor. Now I have my hormones controlled in the right place, after 7 years with another doctor and I was in bad mood all the time for the hormone unbalance. I am very happy with Dr. Annaporna. She also helps students with their internships.....

My daughter (with down syndrome) has been her patient for several years. Dr. Anna is the one that was able to find the precise dosage to stabilize her hypothyroidism. Very knowledgeable and professional Doctor and helpful staff. I feel my daughter is in very good hands.

This is the worst run doctor's office I've ever seen. I've been trying to pay a bill for 3 weeks! No one returns calls, the whole office is a circus! Don't go to this Doctor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible Staff you call they put you on hold for ever and than they hang up. They bill you for things that never were done to you.. I've paid my co-pay in cash several times and on those they bill me saying i never paid my co-pay that Dr is so money hungry they would never see you if you don't pay first, they have even tried saying i owe money when i have paid with my credit card and have proof. The lady at the front window is so rude she's spanish like in her 40's or so! I had my sugars and A1c out of control and had not been feeling well i called to make and appt and they left me on hold for ever so i went to the office and they gave me an appt for a month later. I was told by this doctor that I needed to have my thyroid REMOVED. She had done biopsies but none were ultrasound guided. I found out from the doctor I got a second opinion from it is absolutely necessary to have an ultrasound guided biopsy! Biopsy came back "suspicious cells" so she told me abruptly I needed to have my thyroid removed and that was it- no bedside manner whatsoever. My new doctor has taken so much time with me to talk to me, educate me on the "suspicious cells", do tests, etc. I want others to know so they, too, will get a second opinion if told this devastating news. I cannot believe this doctor was going to remove my thyroid because her biopsy was inconclusive. I decided to not go by the reviews and give her the benefit of the doubt, but I strongly regretted having done that after my first appointment with her. She gave me no feedback, recommendations, or any helpful information regarding my thyroid condition. She didn't seem to care and did not invest any time in my visit. She really does seem to be in it for the money. Absolutely useless appointment. very disappointing and frustrating! Find someone knowledgeable who cares about their patients. Terrible bedside manners. Does not explain anything to her patients and has no compassion or understanding of care. She treated my mother rudely and on the very first visit she simply walked in, didn't even look at my mother and said you're going on insulin. She just wants to take patients in to make money and treats them like crap. I have never seen such distasteful care. NO COMPASSION!! She's so RUDE!! She walked me out of the room before even making it evident that's she was finished with me. Took me over a month to schedule an appointment and then she rushes you out. I feel like all she wants is your money from your insurance. I have been to many Thyroid doctors over the years. I had thyroid cancer in 2002. I started going to Dr. Anna 5 years ago and I have no complaints. Sometimes it's hard to reach her office, but I have the problem with all doctors. She tells you the truth even if it's not what you want to hear. Her staff has always been polite to me, never rude. Her office hours are the same as mine, so my only negative is I always have to take time off work.

She's the WORST!! Do not go with this Doctor! Back in 2015 she wrongly diagnosed me with cancer!!! She performed a biopsy in her office without ultrasound guidance! Which obviously resulted in mixed results! I then changed doctors, did another biopsy and resulted benign! By the way... her office was always filthy. If I could give less than one star I would!!!

Hopefully, I can help someone with this review. This dr does not use ultrasound guidance for her biopsies & this is a very outdated practice. It almost cost me my thyroid! She told me I needed to have my thyroid REMOVED based on the pathology results. She didn't even spend time with me after delivering this shocking news. I had lots of questions! I went for a second opinion at an office that uses ultrasound guidance & advanced pathology. Bottom line- I DO NOT need my thyroid removed!!

the team are very unprofessional , nasty and rude.

I don't like this Dr. She doesn't talk much to me and I ask questions which she usually just nods her head or responds very briefly. The staff is also not helpful and can be quite rude, especially that one Spanish lady at the front desk!!

Made a first time appointment which I had to wait a couple of weeks for. I then get a call saying she is not working a full day that day and I need to reschedule. I asked when and was told the Thursday before at 4 pm which I could not make. I was then told that she will be on vacation for the next following 3 weeks. As a first time patient I will not go back. They were not very helpful with rescheduling and had I known she was going on vacation for 3 weeks I wouldn't have made the appointment. I needed to go to get a referral for a ultrasound which I NEED. Now I have to wait until the end of October for another Dr. Apparently she doesn't need new patients or doesn't care.
