Was a patient here for about 15 years, never waited less than an hour for her. Unfortunately she cannot handle an anxious patient, so find someone else if you have any fears at all about your health. After just too many visits of her brushing me off, I found such a great doctor, and he listened, and got to the root of the issue in one visit. I also had a thyroid nodule that he suggested be biopsied, whereas Mullin said that as long as thyroid levels were normal I didn't have to worry about the nodule. Wrong. Thank God my biopsy was ok, but Mullin doesn't even know that function and structure are 2 different things. I could have had thyroid cancer, and she told me not to even give the nodule a thought. Just steer clear, she has zero empathy and is ice cold, on top of being clueless.

She takes time with you and tries to get to the cause of problems.

I’ve been to this office 2 times and was told that I’m not a patient there and they won’t take a new patient

Dr. Ann Mullin has been my primary care doctor for 18 years and she is an excellent physician on every level. She is caring and very astute at picking up on the patients emotional/mental state as well as medical issues. She is knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. Both of my daughters are also patients since aging out of their pediatrician's care, and they both love having Dr. Mullin as their Doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Ann Mullin without hesitation.
