Restored my faith in Dr's after seeing a few duds in other fields this past year. Empathetic, great bedside manner, thourough , gentle, kind. Office staff also great & efficient. Nurse made sure med list was correct in computer. Thank you Dr. Torna !

first time appointment with this “Dr.” Absolutely a horrible experience. She made me feel so uncomfortable that I wanted to run out of the room. All she did was roll her eyes, laugh, and talk to me in a degrading manner! Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this lady she should not be in this profession at all. Wrong calling for sure.

Actually such a rude person and she didn’t listen to my concerns. I looked at my health portal to see what her notes were after my visit and the symptoms she recorded were inaccurate. That worries me because not only did I feel like she didn’t listen to me, she actually didn’t listen because what she recorded was not what I had told her. She seems to have a disregard for others pain and discomfort. I also felt like she was rushing me out of the office and rushing me to answer her questions because often times she cut me off mid answer. Definitely created a lack of trust with this medical office for me.

Worst gyno ever Dr. Torna is so unprofessional I gave her 3 chances because I’m very understanding I should’ve never went back the first time. She canceled my appointment twice , I waited weeks for my results, didn’t listen to my concerns refused me more testing and was EXTREMELY rude yelled at me “I’m talking to you” as I left in in shock as a doctor would treat there patients that way. I have never felt more uncomfortable before in my life would NOT recommend to anyone she should not have a license. She was arrogant and it was her way or the highway. She refused to listen to me at all. She invalidated my experiences and then seemed stunned when I decided to leave the appointment. It was a traumatizing experience.

Terrible. Dr. Torna was very dismissive of what I was asked for and actually rolled her eyes at me and then began explaining in a condescending way that she was a very experienced doctor. Which perhaps she is but she was totally dismissive of what I came for. If she did not agree with what I wanted she could have offered some alternatives. I left and am establishing care elsewhere. Wish I had read more reviews and looked into her more before making the appt. Only gave 1 star because I had to. And if your office staff is required to wear masks how about you get them to wear them correctly and cover their noses.

Wonderful! This is my 2nd time having to see Dr. Torna for an emergency. She takes her time and makes me feel so at ease during my visit. Very thorough and explains all options available.

Had to wait for 2 hours till doctor finally made her appearance. The actual appointment last for 7 min, with nurse assistant present, without asking my consent. After sending me to get some test done, Dr. Torna, never call back to provide the results information. Just the most careless experience of the doctor..

Very friendly, informative, cares about your concerns. Makes certain you are comfortable at all times.

This is my 3-4 years after being with another practice. She is great! DR. Torna is very personable, make you feel like your more then just another patient. This is my 1 time coming to the Mayfair location, staff from the beginning front desk to the MA are great.

1st time patient with Dr. Torna. Honestly couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. It has been 7 years since my last Gyno appointment due to my own irrational fears and she didn’t make me feel uncomfortable about it at all. She has excellent bedside manner and a warm and welcoming personality. I would recommend her to any one and everyone. Well worth the wait to get an appointment with her!

One of the most arrogant doctors I have ever come across. Couldn't care less about what I was coming to her for. Brushed me off like my problems meant nothing and belittled me. I'm thankful I caught her name on her jacket so I can be sure to never see her again. She ran in and out of the room in a matter of minutes.

Wonderful physician! She takes the time to get to know her patients as people and is very personable. Very satisfied with the care I receive from her. Always takes the time to listen to concerns.

Dr. Torna took time with me ,listened to my problems ,read what I wrote on the history sheet and reassured me we would get down to the bottom of what's going on with me. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable. She was right down to business and I appreciated that.

Without a doubt, the worst gyno experience I've ever had. I waited over an hour to see her for a simple STD screen due to an unfaithful partner. I was very embarrassed to even be there for that reason; nonetheless, she was very condescending & made the situation even worse. She offered very short answers, and it was clear that it was either her way or the highway. She also forced me into additional tests & forgot to send a refill for my prescription. I'm now changing offices because of her.

I had an appointment scheduled with this doctor and waited 1 hour. I ended up leaving because she took so long to come out. I would not recommend this doctor.

TERRIBLE experience! I would write a more extensive review but am limited to space, so here goes. I was told I had tested positive for an STD and that my boyfriend was a cheater bc its only sexually transmitted. I knew this was wrong, I pushed for another test and basically had to fight for it before they agreed. then my BF got tested- NEGATIVE! I then receive a call telling me my test was NEGATIVE and that "sometimes this happens" COMPLETELY unacceptable causing me so much anguish. NEVER AGAIN!

Dr. Torna took time with me. She read what I had written on the form when first going to her office and discussed it with me. (Physicians very often don't even bother to read this.) She was and is very thorough and I really trusted her. I have recommended her to friends.
