Have always been treated liked family at Rosewood Healthcare and always felt like I have received the very highest standard of care from Dr. Mohan and her team. My mom has been Dr. Mohan’s patient for 10 years and I have been there the last few years. We have received exceptional care and sound medical advice. I feel all the staff really cares for the patients.

Because of her exceptional care and sound medical advice I am in the best health of my life. I feel lucky to be her patient.

There seems to be significant turnover in PAs and nurses. I've had the same provider maybe... three times, in the five years I've been going here. Which is fine, they seem to communicate fairly well. The problem is they are always slammed, regardless of day or time or anything. Don't bother leaving a message if you don't get through the first time you try to call. Almost every time I've done this I've waited for a callback and got nothing. Your best bet is just to keep calling until you get somebody, and even then if you need a prescription or something the front desk will need to send you to the back-of-house where, surprise! no one answers the phone and they ask you once again to leave a message that they never seem to respond to. This would be irritating enough if it was just physicals once a year that I needed to schedule, but it's not. They won't refill antidepressants without an appointment every three months so they can give you a depression screening quiz that consists of marking four answers on a piece of laminated paper and could easily be done online or through the mail or something that doesn't necessitate paying for an appointment every ninety days. I put up with all of this because I know customer service is a hellish nightmarescape, but recently I had a prescription change and the provider asked if I wanted my scripts sent to the usual pharmacy. I said yes. They sent a three-month script for the med that got changed... and one month for the med that has been the same for the last year or two. I figured there must have been some mistake, because everything else was sent in three month increments, so I called them (and called and called them) and when I finally got through to someone they told me that no, I would just have to make another appointment immediately following the appointment where they changed the other script so that they could... give me exactly the same depression screening to confirm not that the new meds were working but that the old meds hadn't somehow managed to screw everything up. Of course, since insurance companies are run by greedy baboons the 30-day meds weren't covered like the others were and I paid $50 for a smaller supply of something I was paying less than $5 for before. I have tried time and again to make this work, but I don't have it in me anymore. I'm tired. I give up. Maybe I'll find a different office that doesn't make it such a massive struggle just to get the medication I need to not die.

Dr. Mohan is the absolute best. She makes a visit to the doctor enjoyable. Never scary. My mom and I have never felt so well taken care of. I highly recommend her and her caring staff for all your medical needs.

I was looking for a new dr because of a move. The first visit I new she was a dr. That I could get the care I needed from the time you walk the the door the staff greets you then dr.mohan She is all about you and your needs I have been in the office and you are not rush at all she listens to you .been going To dr Mohan for 3 years and don’t plan on looking for another dr. THANK YOU DR. MOHAN AND YOUR STAFF

If you are looking for staff and an office that pays attention to all your need this is the place to go. Dr. Mohan and her staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. They make sure that ALL your needs are met before you leave.

Dr. Mohan always puts her patients needs first. Pays attention in keeping track of necessary test updated. TREATS HER patients with the extreme patience & compassion.

Dr. Mohan is a wonderful, friendly Doctor, will listen to your concerns and take time to discuss and educate your health with you. Been a patient for approximately 5 yrs. -office personnel can be moody/ snipy -medical assistants can be unfriendly -The best physician Assistant recently left the practice, the other Two PA’s can be rood & don't listen to health concerns.

After 37 years with the same PCP I had to find a new one. Asked many people and Dr. Annu Mohan came highly recommended. I took the leap and am very happy that I did. The office staff is very professional, and Dr. Mohan is very easy to talk to. She is compassionate and really cares about what is best for her patients. I would not hesitate to suggest her and her office to a family memeber or friend.

Dr.Mohan has been my doctor for 9 months and I am so pleased with her care and concern....she listens to my concerns and is always willing to help me no matter what the issue is. I would 100% recommend her.

Dr Mohan is a very thorough and caring physician. She spends time and tries to really get to know her patients. I would highly recommend her!

This Clinic is horrible! All they want is your insurance money!! Multiple appointments needed to address the same issues. Do not recommend to anyone

I have had the worst health care experience at this office, period! Dr. Mohan does NOT care about my wellbeing. All what she cares about is seeing me making unnecessary quick appointments ( I was advised at one instance that I may require several visits to treat an issue, I was not convinced and then went to a specialist that did it in one visit)..this is to ring up more insurance charges!... LOTS of them! Add to that.. this is not even to see her as she is already overwhelmed with appointments.

I am so glad Dr. Mohan is my new family doctor. My company changed insurance companies and my former doctor didn't take my new insurance. Someone at work recommended Dr. Mohan. She is wonderful. She answers all my questions and explains things well. I feel comfortable with her and trust her. Denise

I was sick for years and no one could give me a straight answer. Finding Dr. Mohan gave me answers and treatment with an urgency to get me better. Now that I have a diagnosis (Krohns Disease) I can start to manage the pain and sickness and live a better life. I'm an grateful I found her in time! She does not rush through her patients and you can feel that she cares about you as a person.

Dr. Mohan is a great addition to the Mt Pleasant medical community. I was looking for a new doctor when a friend recommended her office, and it's been a really great experience. Dr. Mohan really listens to her patients and is very thorough--not hasty to come to a diagnosis or dismissive like some other doctors. She can sometimes be behind schedule, which she freely admits, which is a side-effect of her making sure to take time with each patient, but the wait is worth the quality of healthcare.

She listens and answers questions. She cares and shows she does. Also, she has helped keep me healthy. All of the things that I look for in a doctor.

I just can't say enough about Dr. Mohan and staff. I love her. She's been very helpful with my health issues. I hope she stays doctoring for many years.

Dr Mohan is an excellent Doctor. She is caring, professional and listens to your concerns. She doesn't rush the appointment. I have been her patient for over 12 years. If you are looking for a doctor, I highly recommend you choose Dr. Annu Mohan!

I have been a patient of Dr Mohans for over 5 years and find it very easy to talk to her . She is listens carefully and diagnosed an auto inmmue disease for me. She does not hesitate to refer to a specialist when needed. I feel like I have found the doctor I need for all my health needs.

My initial encounter with Dr. Mohan was approx. 10 years ago,when my father needed a new doc & we (I helped dad w/all of his med needs) saw Dr. Mohan. Dr. M. was honest enough to say that dad needed more specialized care. She then helped us find another doctor. When I needed a new doc, I remembered Dr. M's honesty & requested an appt with her. I have found Dr. M to be very compassionate & very forthright when discussing my health concerns. I have recommended her to others & will con't to do so!

Dr. Mohan was very kind and informative.

This doctor has been my doctor for over a year and she is Very Rude when it comes to filling out paperwork mandatory for my place of employment. Her Nurse is extremely rude as well. After taking my vitals it took three verbal attempts to get her to half answer what is my right to know. Its very sad when you get physically sick just knowing you have to go to the doctor. Otherwise she can be very nice however she does not feel genuine. There is also only one original staff in the office.
