Just had my first surgery yesterday. I had no issues during surgery. Doctor Jackson has been very patient in answering all my questions before surgery and my recovery is going very well. He did not make me feel like a number. He took his time and explained everything to me, he even took out diagrams. He will be my OBGYN going forward. I am very pleasee with his service. Very good doctor! I’m pregnant with my 2nd child & I went through Dr Jackson with my first child and He was a Great OB! I’m currently back at His office with my second and I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Jackson’s office! integris is alright place to give birth.

Can't leave -5, would if we could. If you experience anything outside of "normal" for pregnancy go somewhere else. Don't count on getting in on short notice for any concerns, you'll be told to go to ER or L&D. Staff complains about staying late if doc gets called out. Routinely 45 min to an hour behind on appointments even when doc is in, which is shocking cause he hasn't spent but 5 minutes in our room per visit anyway. Doc also doesn't communicate well, if an issue comes up during a visit he won't tell you what's up and a nurse will just tell you to go to L&D. When you do go to LD and you have concerns all of them get routed back to Jackson or Fletcher and more often than not they're dismissed without further testing. LD's hands are tied for ordering tests without your OB's approval if you didn't know. The medical profession is about people care. Sometimes, calming a concerned mommy-to-be with previous losses who is freaking out, is the priority. I'm taking our medical care and my money to someone who will actually listen to concerns and do something. We genuinely feel like they never cared what happened with mother or baby. He delivered both of my kids and did three of my surgeries. He’s very understanding and a wonderful doctor.

He used to be my Gynecologist when I lived in the city,he was the most wonderful,gentle,man who really listens to his patients,he performed my hysterectomy in 2014,and I hope to have him as a gyno again when we move back to okc soon,

Now with my third child I'm glad I went back to him. Dr. Newcomb and Daisy are really good too. Seen Daisy when I had a miscarriage she really helped me.

Dr. Jackson is AMAZING! I can't thank him enough for being understanding and doing his very best on my surgical procedure. He gave me comfort as well as hope fertility wise. He performed a major surgery on me and I never imagined the surgery going as good as it did. ALL of the nurses at the Surgical Hospital of Oklahoma were so attentive, comforting and funny. Dr jackson has been my ob/gyn since i was 18, im in my 30s now and having my 5th pregnancy. I am very greatful to have the care of dr jackson with all my babies! He is very professional and communicates information well! I am comfortable with my health and unborn childs health being in his hands!

De. Jackson delivered my 8 year old by emergency c-section due to her heart rate dropping during birth. I am happy he qill be delivering this baby as well. Great people at the office! Great doctor!

I seen Dr. Jackson when I was 24 weeks pregnant and didn’t know I was till I was going into labor. It was the worse experience of my life but he was amazing on keeping me informed about my baby health and development. I had to get an emergency c-section and was terrified and he was helpful to keep me comfortable and after me and my baby was in two different hospitals and he kept me informed about her progress and making sure I was ok the whole time. Dr.jackson is a good doctor so far.i do know they do not communicate to each other about needs from patients.you have to repeat everything to everyone.dont expect a prescription without a hassel.have to wait days and days and numerous calls back and forth before it's actually fixed . frustrating in my opinion. Ruined my life! Gave me KETAMINE AND VERSED for my c section bc they missed my epidural and proceeded to cut me open while I screamed and cried that I was NOT numb and could feel EVERYTHING! I told them before they started that no part of my body was numb then once they realized they F***ED up and cut into a patient that was wide awake and not numbed at all they said they needed to give me "sleepy medicine" & that daddy couldn't come in there since I had to be put to sleep!! He ended up in there but was so focused on my condition and being scared I wasn't gonna b ok that we both missed out on the excitement and joy of the birth of our child! When I did wake up I was hallucinating, had no clue where I was, who my husband was or my sister, and terrified of where my baby was and why my baby was not in my belly or what was going on at all. This doctors office destroyed my life and my family with their actions and malpractice actions. Dr. Jackson and Dr. Newcomb have delivered 3 of my children and will be delivering a fourth in February. I admit the wait time is long but what doctors office isnt? Great experience once I had my children, better than the doctors that delivered my first child!

I seen Dr. Frye back in 2009 (almost 6 years ago) and he was okay. He was nice. I do not like the receptionist there. They are rude, not helpful, and the most ignorant people! My ob doctor retired and recommended to see Dr. Jackson. I tried to make an appointment in March of 2015 to see Dr. Jackson. I was told by the receptionist that I cannot see Dr. Jackson because I seen Dr. Frye once! They do not see each other patients. I was like I don't want Dr. Frye, I want Dr. Jackson. She did not budge. I told her, my old doctor recommended Dr. Jackson, not Dr. Frye and she should send a message to the doctor to see if it would be an exception. She said "Well I can try but they do not see each other patients". I was like so you are forcing me to see a doctor that I do not want to see. She said "well you don't have to see anyone if you don't one, but if you want to come here then you will HAVE to see Dr. Frye" Very BAD POOR customer service. I just told her I would let me OB doctor know that you guys will not allow patients see Dr. Jackson even if they are recommended by another doctor.
