A great dr a genuine person I dread him retiring

This is currently my primary doctor and I'm not happy, I went for a regular/ physical visit and weighted 200 lbs (I'm almost 6') I know I'm over weight, the doctor didn't mention anything about my weigh, barely engage in conversation and seem totally uninterested. I will be searching for a new doctor.

I’m the new Medical Assistant, Dr. Anthony Joesph is a great doctor to work with and the patients are all kind.

I called for an appointment because I was in an accident a month and a half ago and had a hematoma on my head, and it is oozing and smells. I told the lady who answered the phone I thought it was infected and also I needed to be seen because I have a lump on the bottom of my foot that is throbbing and very painful which is making it hard for me to walk. The receptionist said they have limited appointments because of covid and had to ask the dr if I could be seen and would call back. I waited a day and a half for a call back and I never received one. I called them back and she said the dr called in a medication for me to try before being seen. I asked was it an antibiotic and where did they call it in. They had to look up all the questions to see what had been done. I said an antibiotic will help the infection on my head but it won’t help my foot. She didn’t care what I had to say she said well this is what the dr wants you to do. I got upset and told them to ask the dr how this will help my foot since he doesn’t even know what is wrong with it. Long story short this is not the first time I have tried to get an appt and have been refused, it happened when I was released from the hospital and had to follow up with him for broken ribs and collapsed lung where I had to have someone call from Humana to make them give me an appointment. DO NOT use this doctor! Worst patient treatment ever!!! He does not care about his patients and the staff lacks intelligence! Such a high-quality doctor. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and is very friendly in nature. The office is very clean and kept well. The staff has changed recently and I feel very welcome and safe after covid.

Great Doctor and staff, very caring , and easy to get appointments

When you call the office, they never answer the phone. There is no answering machine, it just rings and rings and then hangs up. How can you run a professional office like that.

All of my coworkers come here and the receptionist just told me that they do not except my health insurance plan.

Dr. Joseph is amazing he listens and works with his patients , schedule a appointment to see him is no promblem. Here is the reason for one star and if could have left none I would have .It is impossible to get any authorization from this office, Casillda just refuses to do her job she blames every other physician office and hospital ,but it all comes back to Dr.Joseph office (Casillda) has not processed request. I have left similar reviews before and spoke with Dr.Joseph now to see they have been removed. Please be aware.I will be contacting Insurance to make them aware again, as well as Medicare. I have been going to this doctor for years and it's ridiculous that I cannot get a follow up visit with my primary to get released to go back to work after being in the emergency room and being diagnosed with pneumonia and was told to follow up in 2-3 days the receptionist thinks she's the owner and will not let you talk to the doctor. I will be reporting this feacility every where I can. O stars from me the quality and service has gone down the drain. I have been going to Dr. Joseph for 10 years almost 3 years I have been prescribed pain medication for rheumatoid arthritis fibromyalgia and degenerative disc on my last visit in June I went to see him for my quarterly check up and was told I will no longer receive any pain medication I have always stuck on schedule and not abused my medication I am almost 60 years old and Have grandchildren two and three years old and the quality of life that I’m looking at is not very good and unable to enjoy my grandchildren because of the pain the only explanation he gave was a new law but according to this law an attorney it is not to cut people completely off of pain medication but maybe to limit them and as anyone doing pain medsKnows the severe withdrawals after even taking them for a couple of weeks and I have been prescribed them by him for almost 3 years I ask him if he could maybe reduce the amount and he absolutely refused without even prescribing something else to help you not go through the pain of withdrawl or the pain that I obviously have or he would’ve not prescribe them in the first place anyone else want to chime in if he has done this to them I would be happy and love to hear from you As a medical doctor he has the right to stop pain medication on his patients buy is it morally or ethically right? sincerely Lisa Campbell I have been going to Dr. Joseph for 10 years almost 3 years I have been prescribed pain medication for rheumatoid arthritis fibromyalgia and degenerative disc on my last visit in June I went to see him for my quarterly check up and was told … More

I wish I could get a Primary Physician that would Listen .He is obviously antagonized by me. If you don't want patients state it.

The front desk girl there is extremely sensitive and not polite at all. Tried getting an early appointment and just because they did not have one. She cancelled me out after giving me a 8:30am appointment . Without me even talking to the doctor she said he does not want to see you. I am glad I did not get to see him since I found out that he is not a very good doctor anyway. What do you expect from a doctor that went to public school in India. God works in mysterious ways.
