Unfortunately this clown was assigned to my divorce case. I am looking in the process of filing charges against him for dishonest practices and abuse of power. He is Hothead that blew his top at me. He is a mental case and needs professional help

He was amazing. I am trying to find a current number for him. His 100 plus page report went missing from the docket in the role of court appointed custody evaluator. He was very thorough. He met with everyone, included IQ tests, personality assessments and mental health evals, did home visits, met with the kids, talked to many....unfortunately the court now has a copy of his report that is missing quite a few critical pages with details I need. If anyone knows how to find or get in touch with him, please let me know. I gave everything over to my attorney to close this chapter.... 7 years later some really nasty people opened this door again. No one here needed that door opened. We had closure through that and the 6 years leading up to that in our situation.

The previous woman is spot on with 1 star. Here is my reason for such a poor review. I need to give some background for context. 6 years ago, my former husband falsely claimed mental abuse towards my child. During an emergency order in 2015 that occurred while I was in surgery & wasn’t aware it was happening; my former husband was awarded full custody of my daughter – using complete fabrications. He came to pick her up the next day, showed me the court order and left with her. Full contact of my then 13-year-old daughter completed halted that day. 2 weeks later he sued me for child support, won and I began paying him over $1200 month. Because I was successfully raising another, older daughter who was attending college that I was paying for; Because I had a successfully business where I showed up everyday ready to inspire people and do my best for them; Because I loved my daughter more than anything in the world and didn’t want to lose contact with her during her most formative years – I ASKED a judge for a custody evaluator on my case. There was obvious parent alienation happening. Then and still today many around the situation, even my former husband’s own parents, understand that it was going on. The court said I “was allowed” to have an evaluator BUT I needed to pay the 10K for it, because my ex could not afford it and I was the one asking. I moved forward with the request. Dr. Pisa was assigned – and the rest is history. There is no need to talk of him or his methods. It is enough to share the outcome. Dr Pisa advised that my daughter was just fine where she was. His report gave me no ability to go to court. It would have been a complete waste of time and money. Her father’s home was more stable (because he did not work and I run my own business – really, this was Dr. Pisa’s reasoning) and he was more conducive to provide a calming environment. Never mind that my ex-husband has moved with her over 3 times since then, changed schools twice and eventually assisted her in dropping out of high school. Today, my oldest daughter has completed college, works as an engineer and is content and happy with her life. My youngest has a long road ahead of her. She spent the past 6 years with a neglectful, disconnected father with no stability and hardly much love. And now she is 19 and expected to make something of herself. Instead, she is totally lost with no where to turn and I’m struggling to build up the relationship that was missed due to the alienation occurring. I believe if Dr. Pisa knew more about what it means to have a growth mindset, he would see the parent that is most capable of providing a home and environment that will make the child grow into a purpose, driven adult with a reason and mission in life. I don’t know why he didn’t err on the side of positive role- modeling, but I’m interested. Perhaps he will write me a letter. Erika – if you see this, contact me on social media. I’ve long thought about pressing charges over what happened, and at the very least I’d like to write an expose on how children’s lives can be potentially ruined by one person simply bad at their career. The previous woman is spot on with 1 star. Here is my reason for such a poor review. … More

All this guys decisions are the worse as a custody evaluator. My son’s father is in jail and he favored him. Guess who’s paying 100% of my son’s college now? - me. The “weaker” parent. Loves men and looks at women as shrill out of control harpies. Great if you are a man, though!!

Nothing but bad memories about this “doctor”. Self satisfied, condescending, demands AA as the only way to treat alcoholism, I could go on. Thank God my subsequent therapist was kind and helped undo the damage of this one.

Dr. Pisa was always very ethical and very kind and caring. He seemed genuinely interested in me and my problems and provided warmth and understanding and solutions in an appropriate and professional manner. I was involved in criminal activity and it is hard. He is a Forensic Psychologist that encourages you to tell the truth and to see yourself in a different light. For some (and me) this was hard at first, but he helped me face the truth and improve my circumstances.
