Dr. Ruffa at first seemed to care about his patients. A recent incident involving a serious lack of communication on the side of the staff at his office resulted in a very avoidable discrepancy. He is either severely out of touch with his staff and what they are remiss in communicating when his patients call, or he encourages his staff to lie to his patients, therefore making him medically neglegent. It is very disappointing that a once respectable doctor would let his staff undermine and discredit his reputation. Truly sad...
