Dr winter was my mother’s psychiatrist for over 4 years. In his infinite wisdom he took her off of a medication that he felt could be damaging to her kidneys (she was 88). She suffered from depression but with this medication she had been doing very well. However, she slipped back into depression after surgery. Without her brain armor (lithium) she died soon after from complications after he finally decided to add it back. What doctor discontinues medication that’s working? I have been seeing Dr. Winter for two years. I find him to be experienced, prompt, helpful, and congenial. I trust him as my psychiatrist.

Dr. Winter and his entire team have been an answer to our prayers. With each interaction they have shown genuine compassion for my parents, my siblings and me. I know that we are in good hands. I’m so thankful for this blessing in our time of need and confusion.

DR. WINTER IS BOOKED UP FOR MORE THAN A MONTH IN ADVANCE, SOMETIMES TWO MONTHS. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO ASK FOR AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT IN THE YEARS I HAVE BEEN SEEING HIM.

Worst experience with a medical professional ever. Dr. Winter spent less than 3 minutes with my 76 year old mother, cutting her off when she tried to speak to him, saying he would get the info he needed from the internist that was helping in his office because they were shorthanded. This was for a first time patient and he let it be known that he only cared about not being late for his next patient. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Horrible experience. We will never be back!
