Excellent, as always. Dr. Fakhouri has an outstanding bedside manner and never appears rushed or in a hurry to move on to his next patient.

Dr. Fakhouri listened to my concerns, provided explanation of my condition, and gave a recommendation as well as a choice in how I wanted to proceed. He showed expertise and compassion in his care during this visit.

I’ve been taking my elderly parents to Dr. Fakhouri for over 30 years. We drive over an hour. We’ve tried other doctors, but they don’t have the patience, talent, experience, honesty, and kindness that he has. All the doctors and staff there are amazing. I’ve never once had a bad experience with anyone. I would drive 3 hours if I had to because my parents feel so safe, happy and comfortable there!

I have been seeing Dr Fakhouri for several years now. He has operated on my hands 3 times, all with great success. He is patient and kind. He has a fantastic therapy department and many specialists to address all your orthopedic needs.

Very attentive to listening to what the issues are, and is steadfast in looking for a solution for wellness. His knowledge and kindness are very impressive. He gives the feeling that he truly cares about your health and well-being.

Dr. Fakouri was very down to earth and easy to speak with. He wanted us to thoroughly understand options that were available for my condition. I would highly recommend him.

My dad had a broken finger. Because of the type of break and my dads age (87), Dr. Fakhouri treated my dad with patience. He took the time to talk and explain EVERYTHING he was going to do for my dad. My dad did not end up needing surgery as Dr. Fakhouri knew it would heal on its own and did not want to put my dad under any undo stress with the surgery. We are so thankful for his expertise as well as his medical recommendations. There is no other doctor we will go to. His staff is equally as kind and patient and understanding. MidAmerica is a great place for all your orthopedic needs regardless of age.

Dr. Fakhouri was very professional, recognized the issue right away, took the time to explain the issue in detail, and explained long term recovery plan. He did not rush the examination. Tools to diagnose the issue were located at the facility to help diagnose the issue in real time on the spot.

My first time and I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Upon being examined by Dr. Fakhouri I found him to be most pleasant and professional. I will be following up with him in regards to my injury. The office and waiting area was clean and they did have mask protocol in place which I’m all for.

Visited Dr. Fakhouri for a "trigger finger" issue. Courteous staff took X-ray, then I was shown a film. Dr Fakhouri came in and was very friendly, explained the condition and possible treatment after examining my hand. Provided a cortisone shot, with instructions to follow up if necessary. Everyone was personable and professional. Would definitely recommend.

He is fantastic! I've been consulting with him over 10 years now, and he has wonderful hands! My cortisone shots do not hurt when he administers them. Great professional doctor! I highly recommend him to all my friends!

First time patient. Dr. Fakhouri quickly diagnosed my problem, and suggested the least invasive treatment to try first. So far it seems to be working. Very satisfied with Dr. Fakhouri and his staff. I would go back if needed, and would recommend to family and friends.

My visit was great. The wait time to see the doctor was excellent. The staff is excellent, friendly, and efficient. The doctor really knows his craft and has a great bedside manner. He made me feel like he cared and he was really smart and I could tell he really knew what he was doing. The facility is beautiful, clean and spacious as well. This means a lot to me especially during these COVID days. Thanks!!

The only problem I had was they gave me a 9:30 am appt. And when I got there I had paperwork to fill out. I was waiting an hour and a half to see doctor. They should let people know to come in 20 min earlier to fill paperwork out so others aren’t taken before your appt time. Otherwise my appt went very welll.

Dr Fakhouri is an excellent Ortho Doctor. He makes sure your needs are heard and take great care in addressing them. I will recommend his care for anyone with nerve and bone issues.

My experience with Dr. Fakhouri has been great. My orthopedic doctor recommended him and and another doctor for the surgery as he indicated they are the best at it. For consultation, I saw the other doctor first and then Dr. Fakhouri. During the consultation with dr. Fakhouri, I was overwhelmed with him. He took the time to introduce himself. Then discussed the condition with me. I came in to treat the CMC joint but during the consultation he asked about my hand and as it turned out I also had carpal tunnel in both hands. He immediately indicated it is a minor procedure and he will take care of it during the CMC surgery. Meaning two for one deal. He showed me videos of both issues and the means to fix. After that, he took more time to discuss in details. None of this took place with the other doctor. He looked at both hands while the other doctor looked at only the left hand for the CMC issue and when I asked him about the right hand his response was he will look at when the time comes. Will, the decision was easy. I immediately scheduled my surgery with dr. Fakhouri and I'm so happy with that. By the way, the cost for the surgery by the other doctor was more than double than by dr. Fakhouri. My experience with Dr. Fakhouri has been great. My orthopedic doctor recommended him and and another doctor for the surgery as he indicated they are the best at it. He is a great hand surgeon! He has done surgery on me, my son, mother, my brother-in-law. and a friend. We have all had successful outcomes!

Dr Fakouri is an excellent hand surgeon. He operated on both of my thumb joints and did a great job. He has his own therapy department on site in Palos Hills who are wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend him!

Straight forward, was able to pin point what the issue was like the other Doctor seen in x-rays. Provided a one two three out layout of what was needed to provide relief for pain in hand/wrist..
