My continuing experience with Dr. Aminian has been excellent. You can tell he is "switched on" and knows what he is doing. He also has a good bedside manner. His staff has been great as well, both medical and business.

My visit with Dr. Aminian was just outstanding. He was knowledgeable, kind, and reassuring, and quickly (and relatively painlessly!) put right a dislocated joint for me. The office, although very busy, functioned more smoothly than any medical office I’d encountered. I was seen very quickly for each step of the process (including being brought back to examination room and imaging). Everyone I encountered was friendly and efficient.

His manners and work ethic was not professional. He is rude and don’ treat his patients as they deserve. Find another doctor

I left my visit feeling underwhelmed. When Dr. Aminian walked in, he said "Nice to meet you." I've been to him 2+ times before. My assumption is that would be apparent from my records. Second, I was taken for an x-ray almost right away. Why would an x-ray be done (and assuming I'm paying for that!) before I've even been checked by a doctor?! I had a surgery by Dr. Arash Aminian in 2018, which turned out great. I am scheduled for another surgery with him and look forward to similar excellent results. I think Dr. Aminian is a great surgeon and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr Aminian was recommended by another orthopedic surgeon as the “best foot and ankle surgeon in Orange County”. He certainly is the expert. Only complaint is I waited in the exam room for 40 minutes but I still give him 5 stars since the foot/ankle is a difficult place for surgery or correct diagnosis and you really want someone who is an expert at it.

Dr Aminian provided quick, responsive, informative, and helpful care and advice. Excellent follow-up also.

Well organized, fast, and easy experience. Doctor Aminian was great. So helpful and thorough!

I am very happy with the entire experience. I broke both Tibia and Fibula. The surgery went flawless and without any complications. My recovery was swift and Dr Aminian was there at every step. I highly recommend Dr Aminian, he is very professional and an excellent surgeon.

Dr Aminian is professional and thorough. He took the time to answer my questions and show me what was going on in my MRI results and what the course of treatment would be. His staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend him to others.

Dr. Aminian is an expert and caring surgeon. His compassionate care and exceptional attention to details have been shown from surgery to different stages of straightening a very deformed foot. I couldn’t have asked for any better treatment than his.

Dr. Aminian spent about 8 minutes with me (about 5 of those minutes were him trying to pull up my MRI/X-ray) and never came to a conclusion where my pain was coming from. He went straight to what I can do, but never was clear on the diagnosis. He didn’t even care to figure out a diagnosis and he literally told me to go back to my last doctor because he couldn’t do anything. If you are looking for a doctor who cares only about your copay and not helping you whatsoever then this is the doctor for you because he clearly doesn’t care. Also the front desk overcharged me for my copay and when I asked them to refund me the remaining the lady acted annoyed and the lady rolled her eyes. Always on time Professional staff Physican listened and cares about progress

If there were more stars I would give him the maximum. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is very concerned about every one of his patients. He is my favorite doctor of all time.

Dr Arminian Is always available to answer every question and cover even those I don’t have. I feel very cared for by him.

I have been suffering from a sever case of neuropathy in my left foot for years and have seen many doctors, some recommending surgery. Doctor Aminian was highly recommended by my sister who went to see him for a second opinion for her condition and had decided to get her treatment from Doctor Aninian. I was so pleasantly surprised to be called in right on time and see the doctor right away. He had already seen my MRI and listened to me carefully and asked several questions and explained course of treatment which fortunately did not include surgery. Another impressive suggestion was to take B12 and when I explained I had digestive issues he recommended a subliminal pill and even provided the name of a manufacturer and suggested to check on Amazon as well before ordering. I did get an injection where I have developed arthritis and it was done with a ultra sound machine to ensure the correct spot for the injection. I am doing really well and so happy that I listened to my older sister and saw doctor Aminian. I think this doctor really cares about his patients and he listens carefully, asked good questions and explains the course of action very clearly. I could not have asked for a better doctor regarding my right ankle (loose cartilage) issue. I would Highly recommend Dr.Aminian. His attention to detail is very reassuring that you made the right choice regarding your procedure.

I have been suffering from severe right ankle arthritis for 15 years. Saw Dr Aminian for a third opinion on total arthroplasty, since I was not comfortable with prior-surgical plans offered. I am so glad to have come to see Dr Aminian . He is a superb surgeon with exemplary bed side manor . His planning for my complex surgery was vey detailed and thorough. My surgery was on Nov 15/2021 and I have been able to walk without any help since two month post op. I am back to walking 3-4 miles a day with no pain or limitations, thanks to him .I can not thank him enough, he ended my long standing pain and limitation of movement of my right ankle. God bless. Dr. Armenian is a wonderful doctor who exhibits complete knowledge of the foot, ankle, and leg anatomy. He has done a couple of hammertoe surgeries and I could not be any happier with the results. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Aminian is a very knowledgeable, professional and caring doctor who genuinely tries to give the patient just what they need for their particular problem they are having. Dr. Arminian is a miracle worker.. I was riding my bike and was hit by a drunk driver and my ankle was crushed bones included. He repaired my ankle using screws to replace my crushed bones…..I’m now able to walk. Thank you, Dr. A

My appointment went very well. The office was extremely efficient. Everyone was so nice. Dr. Aminian showed concern for my foot issue. I had previously seen another doctor in Irvine who was absolutely no help at all. Fortunately, this was a different experience . There is even a form to send back to see how I am doing in a week. ????

Dishonest, unethical, incompetent. Worst decision ever to let him operate on my foot. Had to have a second surgery solely to repair the damage Dr. Aminian did.

Dr. Aminian was very friendly and very thorough with the exam of my foot. Instead of recommending surgery as a first choice, he showed me exercises and stretching exercises to alleviate the pain I was in. When I left the office the exercises he showed me had already made a lot of the pain reside. I like a doctor that won't immediately start scheduling you for surgery and will make that the last thing we try. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends that ask. I had a trimalleolar fracture and surgery done in Portland in the ER hospital while visiting family. I called Dr Aminian per a referral given to me by a good friend. I asked if he could be my doctor here at home post op of 4 weeks. He took me in right away, looked at me , took X-rays and spent time with me addressing all my concerns.
