Office and Dr don't return calls or messages for questions Very indifferent when examining poor bedside manners

I see Dr. Puwanant for treatment of my generalized myasthenia gravis. She is knowledgeable and perceptive - an excellent doctor.

Ignores what you are trying to tell her, my last visit she had wrong chart open

Would not recommend her to anyone. Trying to get information regarding my tests etc. an a plan for treatment is not good. Have not heard from her in two weeks and after two phone calls to the office that have not been answered I feel that she and her staff do not care. I will get my test results and go to another doctor who at least has the courtesy to return my calls. I have health issues that need to be addressed and that is not happening.

I'm still going to her I feel of every doctor I have gone to she will help my nerve damage
