I have to say My son loves coming here. He doesn’t like the ER so we always go to our family doctor.

I highly recommend Dr Mays! He is so sweet and knowledgeable. He makes you feel comfortable and really listen and answer your questions! I’m so happy with him that I’m gonna start bringing my daughter here too!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. One of the best docs you’ll ever have. He truly cares for each patient and is compassionate, takes time to address your concerns. His staff is is great ( especially Cindy) always follows up. Highly recommended.

Dr. Archie Mays is caring and has great bedside manner. He’s compassionate and always listens to my needs. I’ve been through a few doctors in my life and he is definitely the one I will be sticking with. It’s refreshing to have a doctor that genuinely cares and takes the time to make sure ever necessary step is made.

First time here. I lost my job and health insurance. So now I have this option. The front desk clerk was very nice as it was my first time ever in a facility like this. I notice there can be a wait, but it's a county health service so its expected. The staff inside the clinic was very attentive and helpful, The doctor here was a very nice. He had an uplifting demeanor. Total time spent about 2hrs. Ps: The location of the office is fairly hard to find but it’s in the tall business building straight up the elevator. Dr. Mays is a great doctor very nice and listens to you. My complaint is with his excessive tardiness to his patient's appointments. Tri-city medical clinic in la Palma, CA has 2 waiting rooms that are always full and even people sitting on the curb/sidewalk waiting to be seen . Every month my mom and I have appointments at 9:30am but won't be seen until 2pm sometimes 4pm. This is unacceptable, and an irresponsible thing to do to patients, especially older people who are in pain.

My experience with Dr. Mays so far has been exceedingly well. Though he has many patients requiring your wait time to see him to be a little longer than desired, the benefits pay off. He is very thorough and attentive to your medical needs and conditions, not rushing you as most doctors do and taking time out to hear your concerns as the patient and explaining the results or findings.
