The best dentist in town! Everybody working here is like family. They really care & will treat you great! Highly recommend for affordability, service & convenience. I can't say enough good things about this buisness. Definitely give them a call if your in pain or need dental work asap!! Great place, amazing people. :)

I have had the most terrifying experience of my life. He victimized and exploited my ignorance of dentistry and allowed 2 dental assistants to permanently cement 8 crowns and a bridge. They are so bad that I cannot eat properly. He has not even looked at my teeth. It will probably take years to repair the damage if I can afford it at all. I do not feel safe around him or his clinic. This is a serious violation of my trust and personal wellbeing. Just so everyone knows it is illegal to allow dental assistants to cement permanent crowns because its not safe. Do not trust the dentist or any of his staff. My father paid almost 19,000 and its going to cost thousands more to repair the damage.

I went in to get a night gaurd and the professionals at 360 Dental did everything their power to make sure it was perfect. I really appreciate their precision and expertise especially when it comes to something permanent like teeth.

Great dentist. I got 4 implants here and the process was smooth and expertly performed. Any questions I've had since and even knocking off one of the crowns were addressed in a timely and carefully.

I highly recommend 360 dental. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ari has a great attention to detail. I received my first implant, no pain and the tooth looks wonderful. A couple months later I took two of my children in for their wisdom teeth extraction. I highly recommend 360 dental.

Great dentist, very friendly and helpful. I hate going to the dentist from bad experiences in my past, but Dr Binder’s bedside manner and professionalism made me feel great and took any anxiety I was having away. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

I have been seeing Dr Binder for many years and recently I visited them for emergency dental work I needed. Let me say he and his staff are the best, they got me in right away and took care of my needs. I also learened they have their own lab so the crowns they made for me were done right there and fit perfect the first time. Thank you Dr Binder and all of you staff for a pain free visit.

Best dentist I’ve ever ran across. First meeting on a Saturday to extract a bad tooth fast forward to full set of implants with every issue addressed asap. Great dentist with a great staff ( every last one). I can’t recommend 360 dental enough. If you go somewhere else you’ll be sorry!!!

From the time I walk in the door to the time I leave, I feel very cared for at 360 Dental. I am always greeted with a smile by the front office team and then greeted with another smile by the assistant who walks me to my room. I was an Oral Surgery and Dental Assistant for 17 years, therefore I may be a little pickier than most when it comes to my teeth. Dr. Binder is always so caring when listening to any of my concerns about my teeth, and goes out of his way to make sure I am happy with my results.

I have been going to Dr. Binder for many years now after a series of bad experiences at another local dentist. I couldn’t be happier with the service he and his staff provides, from the front desk gals who check me in and out, to my hygienist who cleans my teeth and does my xrays, to Dr. Binder himself. I feel they are invested in me personally, even more than just a patient, and it amazes me how they always remember what’s going on in my life when I only see them twice a year. I don’t have dental insurance and the price to get my teeth cleaned every 6 months is completely reasonable and affordable. The office is clean and updated and very comfortable. I am looking at getting some additional dental work done beyond my regular cleaning and I can’t imagine having anyone but Dr. Binder do it. It has been so great I am moving my kids from their popular pediatric dentist to 360 Dental as well. I can’t say enough great things about them.

Went to Dr. Binder to get a bridge and broken tooth replaced and he did excellent work. It's lasted over 8 years now with no problems whatsoever. He was so nice and personable and I will definitely be coming back for any other procedures I might need in the future.

Had to get 4 teeth pulled per my orthodontist’s request. I had gone to 360 dental before for my wisdom teeth to be removed and I decided to come back for the 4 teeth to be pulled. Very happy as he numbed me up so well, and pulled them so quickly I didn’t even know anything about anything!

After having a dental emergency and needing work done immediately, I was able to get in very quick after scheduling an appointment. I am so happy with all the help I received and even got a few good laughs in from Kenneth. I appreciate all your help, I got my smile back!

Went in for an extraction. I expected to be in the chair for at least an hour based on past experiences at other clinics. I don't mind saying I was nervous. But the staff took good care of me and put up with my lame jokes. Dr. Binder is a consummate pro. He and his assistant were attentive and caring and his confidence in his skill put me at ease. This office needs help. The owner is combative and rude.

the gist of it: I was quoted a certain fee over the phone and then charged more than that when I was presented with the bill at the end of my visit /exam. in more detail: I was quoted (by office person "dori") that the charge for a CT scan/x-ray would be $306 and that there would be no charge for the exam itself. based on that, I made an appt. with the 360 group/dr. binder and was surprised when, at the end of my visit, I was presented with a bill for $396 ($306 for the CT scan and $90 for the exam). Absolutely the worst dentist. At first my wisdom teeth pull went fine. Until the next day when my previous filling was ACHING and I couldn't even close my mouth. No caution taken for the other teeth around, as long as the wisdoms came out I guess lol. Then i come back for a cleaning and they can't even perform the full polish cleaning for some reason but still needed to charge me full cleaning price. And here's the best part... They claimed I had insurance when I took the cleaning appointment. Then after the appointment, they tell me I owe them 3 times more money than originally requested! This is one of the most unprofessional dental groups I have ever dealt with. I was told my 10 year old son was seen here by a professional. When I tried to call to get the information about what happened they told me it was against HIPPA policy and that my children have never been seen without even asking their names. When I have 4 years of insurance claims proving they were patients. As a parent with full custody, I have every right to know the details of my child’s experience there, especially when articulated what happened. I tried to call to talk to the dentist but was lied to by the woman who answered the phone. I sincerely hope this is out of character for this office. Going to the dentist has always been a miserable experience, so I avoided them for many years. (gross, right?!) My teeth were in pretty bad shape. In fact, I had a couple missing molars and suffered painful broken teeth for years to avoid another bad dental experience. 360 Dental came onto my radar because of a few friends having positive experiences here and telling me I should give them a try. I am so glad I did. Dr. Binder and his staff were incredibly kind and understanding over my fears. They helped ease me back into the dental chair and gave me an assessment of how to get my dental health back on track without taking a second mortgage on my home to pay for it. Overall wonderful experience. Dr. Binder was very professional and his staff followed suit. I didn’t need any work besides the regular cleaning but he completed a crown and dental implant for my mom. She was overly excited on the whole process. 5 stars is an understatement!

All I can say is wow. Jordan did a phenomenal job as my dental hygienist and made sure I was comfortable and did a great job at cleaning all the crud from my teeth. I knew I had a bad tooth that needed extracting and I was blown away to get an appointment scheduled so quickly. Toni helped calm me on the day of the extraction and was very comforting as I'm a giant man-baby when it comes to dental work. She made sure I was comfortable and communicated everything I needed to know with me. Dr. Binder was INCREDIBLE - he was very comforting as well and obviously confident, and got my tooth out in less than 30 seconds I swear. I felt nothing. Nice man but poor dentist. Charged for a filling which fell out in a week and then charged to fix it. Charged for dentures that did not fit and couldn't be worn. Very expensive for really bad dental work. Went to a Denturist who charged less and quickly made quality dentures that fit and looked great. Don't waste your money, time and smile

WOW, I really wanted to try a new dentist and when I saw 360 Dental Group: The Office of Dr. Ari Binder at 3845 W 11 Ave. I was very excited to find someone with 37 great Google reviews located just 5 minutes from my new house. Then I read his response to the one negative review. The review didn't say say anything bad about Dr. Binder or the quality of his service. It was about this individual making an appointment for his mother, who was in pain with a chipped tooth. They couldn't fit her in for a month but he went ahead and gave them her insurance, which they accepted, and scheduled the appointment. Shortly before the scheduled appointment they canceled it because there was a problem with the insurance. He was upset that, after waiting almost a month in pain, the office had rechecked his mother's insurance, found they didn't accept it, and cancelled her appointment. Now it sounds like his mother's insurance coverage had changed during the intervening month - same company but different coverage group or something similar. These things happen and perhaps the one star rating was unfair, but the complaint itself was not rude or inappropriate. It just explained what happened, without indicating whether or not they knew about a change in his mother's insurance that would effect her coverage with Dr. Binder's office. The complaint is really irrelevant in my reason for writing this response. What I was shocked at and extremely disappointed with was Dr. Binders response. It is so unhinged and childish that, as good as the other reviews are and how convenient the location, I just can't chance making an appointment with someone who responded in such an unhinged way to one negative (but polite) review. As one professional to another, no matter how bad a day you may have had when you wrote that response, it was so inappropriate that I'm afraid what you would do to me if I had any minor problem with you or your staff. I need over $15,000 worth of dental work done and I just can't take a chance on someone that had such an unhinged and immature response to one negative review. Since my problem is with the response and the review can be read online, I'll just paste the response below so people reading this can see why I took the time to bring this to the attention of other individuals who may also be considering making an appointment with Dr. Binder. Dr. Binder's response to a negative Google review a month ago: Mr. Chris Powers, I greatly appreciate your terse review. Let me get you up to date on some facts real quick. First, we document all phone calls and correspondence with our customers. An appointment was made for your Mother on 2/12/2020 when we received the Pacific Source Card. We are a private practice and before January 1 of 2020, Pacific Source did not have the OHP patients they do now, you must understand this because you work there, right? That appointment was made for 2/22/2020 for a chipped tooth. On 2/19/2020, my front office verified the insurance and realized it was Pacific Source's NEW OHP Dental Care Plan. 3 DAYS BEFORE your Mommy's appointment. We reached out to your Mommy by both call and text. We have the corresponding texts saved, in which she replied. We apologized for the mishap and let her know that she is assigned to the OHP provider LISTED ON THE BACK OF HER CARD. In short, you are a DISGUSTING LIAR. While I do not have anything to contribute on the quality of care this dentist provides, the interaction with the office staff in my experience was much less than desirable. I called to schedule an appointment for my mother who had significant pain due to a chipped tooth. They scheduled her out almost a month and collected all of the demographic and insurance information assuring me that they were in network with my mother's insurance policy. (We sent them a copy of her insurance card and gave them all the policy information during the first call) The night before the appointment, (which was scheduled at 9am) a staff member from the office called and cancelled her appointment stating that they didn't accept her insurance. Now a month has gone by while my mother could have been exploring other options but instead was waiting patiently for her appointment. She has now had an additional month of pain for no reason. Shout out to 360 dental. I called them yesterday and said "I'm not a patient of yours but I'm having pain in my left ear and I have a hole in my gums cuz my wisdom tooth is coming in." They said come in tomorrow at noon. So I went in today at noon, they did x-rays and said "you want these out today?" So I got my last 2 wisdom teeth pulled today. They didn't make me come back. He talked to me like a person, and treated me as more of a friend in need than just a patient. Each time I have been in, the staff work well to keep away any jitters you get from going to a dentist. Super happy with the service from front office staff and Dr Binder! I love that his dog Duke and sweet wife were there. It's a family business feel with all of the modern touches of an upscale environment. I'm anxious at dentists but I felt at ease almost immediately. That's truly unheard of for me. Dr. Binder is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Not just for people like myself who absolutely fear any kind of dental visit, but he is a grade A professional at his craft. He goes out of his way to ensure my comfort, and just all around is amazing. He is surrounded by an amazing team, from the ladies at the front desk to his assistants. I cannot recommend Dr. Binder enough! I live about 2 hours round trip, and I will not be going anywhere else!

Dr. Binder is a kind & gentle dentist. He doesn't try to sell you things/services you don't need or want. He is very no-nonsense, easy to talk to & his is a good listener. I am so sorry I moved away from Eugene, because I haven't been able to find a special dentist like Dr. Binder. If you're a coward, like I am, he & his staff will take good care of you.
