I have a hard time getting through to the office.

I like Dr. Anderson she’s always attentive she listens and I never really spin that long there.

The Dr and Her Staff Are Rude and Unprofessional!!! Run Don't Go To This Office. Black disappointment All-day with Them. ????

She is our family Dr she’s on point with care one of the few that I can say is not just in it for the money but honestly care for her patients

Terrible wait time...bedside and front desk service. 2nd visit and it seems like she overlooks her patients. 2:00 appt time and it is 230 and I am still waiting...just like the first time when I visited.No communication made with patients who have been waiting.

My father is her patient recently diagnosed with cancer , this past week my stepmom took my dad to a visit and explained to the DR. That he has fallen 3 to 4 times in a 7 day period instead of scheduling him for test she wrote a prescription for a walker, well I’m just now leaving the hospital my father has swelling on the brain with a mass present which was causing him to fall and have a unsteady gait!! Luckily my stepmom caught my father mid seizure and called a ambulance but again her solution was to write a prescription for a walker for a patient that she knows up until recently was walking 2miles a day!!! No Cat Scan or MRI but A dam walker I wouldn’t take my dog to her!!! Three weeks to get my test results

Great Doctor...I just don't like waiting a hour or more to be seen after my appointment time!!! Checked in at 9:30a.m it's now 11:20a.m I'm still sitting in the lobby!!!

I had a 10am appointment, but I didn’t get in the exam room til 11am. The wait was time was well worth it. I’m a new patient and her overall bedside manner is impeccable ! I love her. I have only had 1 PCP physician that had her patient health at heart. Dr. Anderson IS my new PCP. She did not rush our time and was very informative. She was great!!!!!!

Very caring and considerate physician. Listens and assesses patients carefully. Very pleased with her on my first visit. Made some recommendations and changes to my medication that worked better. Second visit coming up soon.

I am looking for a knowledgeable, black, female doctor with a well run office practice. I have read the reviews and am concerned about how she runs her staff, although it sounds like she, as a doctor is very attentive. So sad.

She is a wonderful Dr. She is very attentive and knowledgeable. Her bedside manner is wonderful as well. I am happy to have her as a PCP. But her staff on the other hand is terribly unprofessional, unorganized, they miss label samples, often cancels my appts unnecessarily without notice, or cancels my appt last minute with notice (without good reason), and that alone makes it hard for me to want to stay a patient there.

Dr. Anderson is AMAZING! She's knowledgeable and personable. Her bedside manner is warm and she takes her time to address all questions, HOWEVER, her staff is among the most rude and unprofessional I've ever encountered. It's difficult to find an African American physician in this area and I hate to leave, but between the consistent two-plus hour wait times for scheduled appointments and staff who cannot keep their word, I'd rather go without healthcare altogether than to go back to her.

I love her. She is very thorough and comforting. She takes time to listen to ALL your concerns and issues and make you feel special. I wouldn't trade her for the world and she knows her stuff.

Dr. Anderson is very thorough in her examination of her patients. She takes times with the patient, listens to the patient and addresses the patient's concerns. There have been times I have had to wait longer than I'd like, however, she spends that same time and attention with me. I am pleased.
