Do not go to this woman. She is an absolute terrible doctor. She takes hours to finally come in to the room to see you for 5 minutes then runs out. She does not read your medical records at all. She didn't even know I was pregnant or what I was even there to see her for. Thank God I found a new doctor.

Dr. Brown is a great doctor, very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. I am referring her to all my friends. . . a good Dr. is hard to find. Loved her!

it was God awful I left feeling violated in many ways. I stopped going to the doctor for about a year because this doctor Arlette brown told me that she could not diagnose me with certain things because she wouldn't get paid if she did. Is that not illegal?? How many people needed to find out what's wrong with them and she has told this exact thing? I have given this doctor many chances thinking maybe she was having a bad day but please take hed to my warning. YOU DESERVE BETTER CARE. I don't write reviews but after leaving this office I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. She is very rough and brash in her examination process. She doesn't give you eye contact. She doesn't give direct answers. You leave the office feeling defeated. She literally does not use any lubricant during paps. I left the office feeling so beat up that I cried because no one no matter what ethnicity or income bracket you don't deserve to be mistreated. I literally had to tell this woman that she was hurting me. She didn't even apologize. When I got home my pelvic area was so sore.. She was digging into me with the fetal doppler and now I am praying because of the pain I am feeling. If she has done it to me she has done it to others. I pray that others redirect their decision to use her. Please use discernment when choosing your doctor's. I typically do and went against my judgment and didn't read any reviews. Other people have said even worse things than me. I found a better facility in the city and will be making the extra long trip to make sure I receive the care I deserve.

If you have this doctor I advise you to switch immediately! She is so rude, she AIDED, in the delivery of my nephew. I say aided because she was not there. The nurse delivered and then the Dr.Brown came in and ruthlessly sewed her up. She NEVER said a word to any of us. When we asked questions she gave a low one word answer WHILE LOOKING AT THE FLOOR. The encounters with this doctor was so weird that I thought she had a mental issue. I don't know how anyone could have this doctor practicing with such weak and horrible bedside manners. She has 3.7 stars she deserves none. I was completely outraged by her attitude. I believe my sister deserved better treatment while delivering her first child. When I saw the picture of her smiling on Google I had to make sure it was her because I never really saw her face. When my husband and I decide to have children I will be sure to steer far and clear from such a doctor. If you have this doctor I advise you to switch immediately! God bless her. She saved my mom by giving her an emergency surgery due to a ectopic pregnancy. An amazing doctor, god bless her.

Not pleased with this doctor at all. She is very disconnected from her patients and for a fear of not getting paid she will not diagnose certain condition. Very insensitive doctor and its really sad I have to find a new doctor
