I’ve been a dedicated patient of Dr Roksar for over 20 years. Dr Roksar is a very personable,friendly, down to earth, patient, professional, pleasant and just an overall amazing dentist. Dr. Roksar has been my dentist on the Upper West Side for a number of years after he was referred to me by a friend. As a patient with very sensitive teeth, and a general fear of the dentist, I am not the easiest dental patient. Dr. Roksar and his team are gentle and understanding, and are always patient with me. He takes the time to explain everything to me, and is always conscious of the costs, as he knows I pay privately and don’t have dental insurance. Most recently Dr. Roksar worked with me on Invisalign treatment and the installation of a bridge to fix the aesthetic appearance of my bottom front teeth. Invisalign was awesome, and while the bridge procedure wasn’t the most fun because of my hyper-sensitivity, the experience was a positive one, and I could not be happier with the results. Dr. Roksar rebuilt my bite and did a great job. After years of grinding down my teeth and worsening jaw pain in the joints, I had almost completely ruined my teeth and my jaw joints. After visiting five dentists, I decided on Dr. Roksar because of his training and reputation. Now I've been free of jaw pain for two years and only needed to see him to get a new night guard. I found Dr. Roskar 4 years ago when I moved into the neighborhood. He is one of the finest, professional dentists I have ever met. I was referred to Dr Roksar a few months ago. I had a dental emergency towards the end of the lockdown. Dr Rocksar was willing to see me and treat the problem. My teeth and gums are so much healthier than they were before and thanks to Dr. Roksar, my smile looks great! I recently did Invisalign, followed by a permanent retainer for my bottom teeth and a removable retainer for my top teeth. Everyone is very welcoming and organized, they were great to work with my insurance, and the doctor and hygienists work so well together. I always feel like I'm in the best care with the least amount of discomfort. I'll be going here a long time!

Dr. Roksar is the absolute BEST! Ive been coming to Dr. Roksar for years now for normal dental work as well a root canal/crown that he did years ago. Everything he does is perfect. I’ve never had to go back for adjustments or pain. I just finished having implants done with him when work from a former dentist failed on me. The entire process was as painless and effortless as something like that can be. I just left his office with my new smile and everything feels perfect. First time around! Dr Arman Roksar saved my smile! I've been under his care for over a decade now. I was born missing one adult tooth and with an extra baby tooth in the front of my mouth. Since they're the most visible in my mouth the aesthetics was clearly so important. I started my dental treatment as a teenager and Dr. Roksar worked with my orthodontist to correct my spacing. He took care to create an exact space for my missing tooth to place a dental implant. He made a "Maryland bridge" for me for the 2 years that I had braces/a retainer. This allowed me to have a semipermanent bridge (aka a great looking tooth) until I was ready for my dental implant surgery. After my surgery, he made me another temporary bridge that was flawless. After I healed, he customized a porcelain crown and abutment. He then put porcelain veneers on the rest of my front teeth to match. Now that everything is finished, I am amazed at what was done for me. Not only can no one even tell that I had missing teeth, but I get compliments on my teeth all the time! I am so grateful to have found Dr. Roksar. I have problem teeth and a problem jaw and so I have been to many dentists in NYC. Dr. Roksar proved to be a great dentist: careful, thorough and compassionate. His results are excellent. Dr. Roksar put in new porcelain veneers last year. The process was not painful, nor drawn out. Now there is nothing I cannot eat. I get lots of compliments because the veneers look NATURAL AND BEAUTIFUL!! The color is just right. Dr. Roksar and his staff have been amazing to me. Not only is Dr. Roksar a great dentist, but the office environment makes it a pleasure to go there. I used to live on the Upper West Side, but I continue to see Dr. Roksar even though I moved to Brooklyn a couple years ago. The cleanings are thorough and mainly pain free as well. In addition, I have had several emergencies come up where I had to cancel an appointment at the last minute, and Dr. Roksar's office has never been anything but understanding. I highly recommend. Dr. Roksar is very personable detailed and a perfectionist he cares about his patients. Wonderful follow up after care. He hygienist Daniel is second to none. Carol his isn't is sufficient and friendly you feel like your with good friends very comfortable and we all know how we like going to the dentist but this pleasant as it gets. You will surprised I had many implants there and recovery pretty painless. There is never a long wait he takes you on time and he is great with emergency care.

Dr. Roksar is great! I was recommended to him by a friend. It's the 1st time I feel 100% about my teeth. We spent a few months fixing my years of neglect (and correction of bad dentist)and I felt comfortable the entire time. I received cleanings, cavities filled, root canals and minor reshaping of my teeth. All of them I am more than happy about process. Dr. Roksar put in my new porcelain veneers last year. Dr. Roksar is experienced in Prosthodontics so he really understands my jaw problems. The veneers have been trouble-free and they look fantastic. The night guard he made is the most comfortable one I have ever had. Dr. Roksar is an especially considerate doctor who is at the top of his game. The dental assistants are also wonderful, as are the receptionists. All in all a great office. No waiting problems either.

I was recommended here by my co-workers and am very happy with the service!

I and many of my family members have been going to Dr. Roksar for more than a decade. He and his staff provide first class service with a warm and friendly feel. I only gave four stars because I have a real problem saying I "love" the dentist. That being said, I wouldn't go anywhere else for dental work.

I had very sharp pain in my tooth. I called him Saturday evening and he answered patiently while he was driving I guess. He asked my pharmacy's phone number to prescribe some antibiotics until the next Monday in which I booked appointment. Because of a bad root canal I had before, he recommended to extract my tooth and implant at the same time. I did so - no pain and very convenient. After 3 months, My tooth was ready. He even took care of the tooth next to my implant. I am now very comfortable with it. He is very professional, very kind and knowledgable. I know Doctor Roksar many years and always tell people that no one is better then him! Beside his proffecionalism he is the most sincere and kind person. Always in a very good manner he will explain to you how to help you,what is the better solution and how to fix it. He will give you always an option to try fit your budget.And trust me my expierence with him tell me to spend little more but have no problems for a loooong time is better then anything else! I don't come to see him very often only for this reason. He does his job so well that u don't need to worry about it to come often.. Just kidding)) U need good dentist and you have him-Dr Roksar. Also scheduling appointments is easy & the time of your appointment is the actual time you'll be seen. Six weeks before my wedding I was hit in the mouth with a hockey puck, lost a tooth, and required a lot of dental work. Dr. Roksar was EXCELLENT! He walked me through the process of taking my braces on the front of my teeth (put on during emergency surgery not preformed by Dr. Roksar) and moving them to behind my teeth so I wouldn't have braces showing in my wedding pictures. He also shaved my teeth down so I could eat solid foods again. (I went 2 weeks on a liquid diet.) I highly recommend Dr. Roksar for his patience, professionalism, and quality of work.
