I have never visited Mr. Martin but he had a major effect on my case. My case was sent to him by workers compensation. Where it was his recommendation I have NO physical therapy. HE looked at a report? HE NEVER SAW ME. Workers Comp is a broken down system where they PAY these Doctors to say what they want. I am so tried of fighting to get the medical attention I need. To never see me and make that recommendation. HERE is my recommendation- Avoid this doctor! You Dr. Martin have affected my life and I LIVE with pain. Just because YOU said it was so doesn't make my pain go away. I have tried to pull myself up out of this rut. Then doctors like YOU that throw me back and pull the rug out from under me. You write what you want on my report have never seen me. My problems have been on going since day ONE. Nothing new but I tried to move forward dealing with pain. You see paper and say, "she doesn't need any physical therapy'. YOU are a paid puppet from workers compensation. YOU affected my life!!!
