I dropped off a package with my daughter's medical records, but the appointment never took place, and then I asked/texted him for the package back, but he ignored my multiple messages and merely disappeared.

We made an appointment for my daughter, and we tried to communicate with the doctor (ask a question or two), but he sent us a short appointment confirmation text message and disappeared. I also dropped the sensitive medical and personal information at his office, but he never confirmed receipt; neither did he return the package upon my request (via the same phone text message). Instead he just ignored us. Looks like a non-existing deadbeat to me.
