Dr. Arthur G Nathan

I personally think I did not have a good experience here. Receptionists were okay but when the dentist walked in (I’m assuming it was Arthur) didn’t even look at me . I walked in with an extremely swollen face on the left side so him talking to me with his back tuned asking if everything is okay gave me a red flag. Once he did look at me and checked out my mouth he used utensils that had already been out , I did not see a fresh packaging. He also was very rough even though I said I’m in extreme pain. He proceeded to ask ME if I had a jammed packed wisdom tooth as if I was the expert n he was not, said he couldn’t tell. The visit resulted in him prescribing me antibiotics, said to ice my face in the meantime and that I should go back to whoever did my jaw surgery to get imaging and to let him know what they said so he can put it in my file. There was absolutely no care about the patient I feel . He didn’t not prescribe me with any pain medication so I took Tylenol, which did not help at all. I personally will never return but maybe other people have better experiences.

After going to another dentist 3 times and not having a resolution on how to correct a problem tooth, in one visit (10 minutes) with Dr. Nathan, he diagnosed the problem, taking a clearer X Ray, and explained the next steps I need to take to restore my tooth. His work was simple and conclusive, instead of lost and hopeless! Excellent dentist.

Dr. Nathan's office is absolutely amazing and the hygienist is the absolute best! I've had nothing but terrible experiences in the past with dentist that were borderline torture. Dr. Nathan is like the New York uncle you didn't know you needed. He's Super kind and comedic, which took away a lot of the trepidation I was feeling. He broke down exactly what I needed to know to keep my teeth healthy and where to go for additional work if needed. The hygienist is one of those meticulous but gentle souls who will have your teeth cleaner than they have ever been. While also causing you no pain. Thank you so much for making my dental experience the best it has ever been.

I recently went to Dr. Nathan and it was a great experience. His office staff was pleasant and attentive. The doctor took me on time and listened carefully to my problem with my mouth. We discussed alternative treatment plans and decided on the one most suitable. Looking forward to my next visit with Dr. Nathan!!

Dr. Nathan just repaired a broken front tooth with a beautifully matched and fitted crown. I highly recommend him as a dentist and enjoyable person, he's friendly and always pleasant to deal with.

I just called to ask if my insurance was accepted, very rude and said I don’t think so and just hung up on me mid sentence. I believe the Arthur himself picked up the phone. Terrible

I started bringing my whole family to Dr. Nathan, we love everybody there, they are very professional and helpful. The service is great, I love that you don’t have to wait too long for your appointment.

I have been going to dr Nathan for over 15 years. I give him 5 stars because he has always given me honest quality dental work . He has a very special gentle touch always checking to see if your ok . He and his staff are always very Accommodating.

I absolutely enjoyed my dental visit. The staff was amazing. Dr.Nathan was very caring and excellent in his quality of work. I definitely recommend him and you can get appointments reasonably fast

I’ve always been nervous dealing with dentist. Dr. Nathan and his complete staff were nothing but a pleasure to deal with. From my cleaning to my work I had done everything went smooth. His bedside manner is the best I’ve dealt with in any medical office!! Thank you!! See you soon

I didn’t even get to honor my appointment. I am beyond annoyed with everything about this office. A month or so i needed a new dentist, found this guy. I figured any place would be better than my last. NOPE. I was wrong. I told them i needed time to be able to make an appointment due to my work schedule. i thought they’d respect what i said and wait to hear from me...NOPE. calls upon calls upon calls, even calls from the dentist himself asking me to make an appointment or did i make an appointment... when i finically did, 3calls and 3 voicemails a week before, 2 days before, same thing. Day of, same thing. It became so frustrating that i called the day of and said, “i need to cancel my appointment, I’m going to find a different dentist” lady on the phone replies, “whatever. Before even I go to him his office manager treated me so rude. She was yelling on the phone and hang up even before I talk.I am surprised how could they do to new patient who is trying to come to their office first time. The actual dentist himself is very nice and cares about you personally. However, his secretary is extremely rude. She does not say hello and will roll her eyes if you miss something on a form. when I went to make an appointment with a staff member to get my teeth cleaned and asked if I should go to another place to see if I can get in sooner (because the earliest appointment was 2 months away) the secretary chimed I’m saying “it’s your own fault that you can’t get an early appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Nathan and staff. He is well experienced and extremely experienced. My two children are patients of his and I am please with his care so far. I love Dr Nathan and his staff. They are all very proffesional and polite and very caring. They make u feel like family. U don't feel a thing when u in that dentist chair. They are also very excellent with children . They made my children feel very comfortable and at home. I highly recommend them

Not very friendly nor professional staff. Dr. Nathan was pleasant but his girl at the front desk was rude, abrupt, yelling at her kids on the phone. She even called the Ghetto rats while we sat there. It was awful

I was very pleased with my recent visit to Dr Nathan's office. He made 2 crowns for me and I couldn't be more happy. His office was extremely clean and sterile and the care I received from him and his staff was top notch. I will definitely continue pursuing my dental care with Dr. Nathan.

My brother went here a few days ago and got his teeth drilled. Hours later, half his tooth was gone. My brother called for 3 days and no answer. When we finally got called back, my brothwr went to his appointment and Dr. Nathan did a quick job and said "thats all i can do". Well now he is in extreme pain and went to another dentist. They said he needs to have his tooth removed. This is his front teeth we are talking about. Dr. Nathan does not care. DO NOT come here! My brother went here a few days ago and got his teeth drilled. Brought our children here , ages 13-17, four times. had a temporary filling fall out twice, then he cut our daughter's gums (both daughters) while cleaning them. then he went from another patient's mouth to our daughter's mouth, no gloves, no hand washing!!
