Dr. Arti Jain

She has been taking care of my son since birth. He is 6 now. As a new parent, i had tried reaching her at odd hours. Always showed the patience to answer the call and make us feel better. She always goes beyond the call of duty to help everyone live better.

Money Minded ,Greedy Heartless Doctor.If I would have got a chance to rate her zero,could have done that.In the year 2021 march we had taken an appointment for yearly physical exam for our kid at 12 noon.Before 2days her staff called us for normal covid guideline questions.Everything was OK.Day before going to doc kid drank some juice directly from fridge, so started coughing once in a while.We reached there 5min late ,waited for around 45 mins.During that time kid was telling" I am coughing ,I am sick.. need to meet the doc" to the receptionist.(Watching videos kind of excited to meet doc,police etc).Nurse came measured ht,wt etc .She asked do we want to ask any qn to doc.we told since morning bit coughing ,will ask that .no other question.after 15 -25 min waiting the doc came.after coming she started telling ur kid is fat etc,where as my kid is bit taller and thin as per his age .BMi is normal as per height.Then started showing her YouTube channel asking us to subscribe,like and share her videos.Then suddenly started scolding ,you people have covid ,you people are infected and infecting my staff etc.I will not touch ur kid etc..Did not give us a chance to tell anything ,drove us out from her clinic through back door.We were devastated at such inhuman behavior of a doc.after few days she claimed our insurance around 320$ saying sick visit from which we had to pay around 250$.I was wandering without checking how she can claim the insurance.After that visit for 1week we all were mentally depressed.If the receptionist would have asked us to come back would have come back(before coming to doc same day ,we received a call ,they did not ask any question only r u coming or not that's it).after wasting our 2 hr drove us out and charged us so much.God should teach her a lesson. We had worst experience with the doctor. She is only good for regular annual visit. My kiddo was down with cold and she asked us to take covid test and give only Tylenol. after 2 weeks again she was down with cold and she still again made us to take covid test and doesn't prescribe anything. after two more weeks she was down with cold again, and my kid ended up with middle ear infection as antibiotic was not given at the right time. Arti Jain only suggest to take the kid to Emergency in case of need or take covid test. she doesn't know anything else. No proper response when we were in need. And she charge in huge even if she just looks at the kid for 10mins. Even for virtual visit which was 5mins, the fee was marked for >30mins visit cost. Huge scam. the nurses and clinic stuff , very badly deal with my baby. I went for vaccine and regular checkup. during the time of measurement and also vaccination. I had bad experience here. so I quit. and now relief.

We have been visiting Dr Arti Jain for almost 5 years now for my 8 year old and 1 year old baby. We had an amazing experience overall ranging from courteous and gentle clinic staff to giving us peace of mind over any questions we have as a parent . She is detailed and thorough in her check ups . Also , we had few times calling her in odd hours for emergency prescription and she was always available over call . Thanks Doc Jain for being there. WORST EXPERIENCE EVR!! This doctor only cares about making money!!! to answer a brief question, her team forces you to make an appointment (either online or in-person). My child was so sick and she wouldn't answer my question unless I make an on-line visit after hours. I had to wait till evening to see the doctor in order to get my answer. She was eating DINNER while talking to me!!!!! They kept sending us bills, and when we asked why do you charge a 5 minute on-line visit (WHILE DOCTOR EATING DINNER) like an in-person visit, her staff told us WE HAVE TO IMAGINE WE WERE IN THE OFFICE!!! HOW FUNNY IS THAT?????

We have been visiting Dr Arti since last 2 and half years and have excellent positive experience with her. We started visiting Dr Arti for our son 2.5 years back; since was very patience and answered very bit question we put forth. We were so pleased with her dealing, approach and treatment that we recommended her to inspect our new born daughter during delivery as pediatric visit to the hospital. She was so diligent towards our new born daughter's visit and answered every bit doubts/questions we put forth for the little one. Dr Arti responded to our urgent calls anytime we made. She was so descriptive in explanation the questions we put forth. In this COVID19 situation, when we can't visit the clinic physically, she arranged e-visit thru online and answered all our questions thoroughly we put forth for our little one. We have been taking our son to Dr. Jain's clinic for the past 2 years now and have always had a very good experience. She is very patient and answers all your questions elaborately.Expect some wait time occasionally even though you are on time for your appointment as she has a lot of patients and she may have to look at more serious cases on few days. overall would definitely recommend Dr. Jain. Dr. Jain is FANTASTIC !!!! She is extremely patient, gives a lot of time to understand our concerns and Listens. She is very Knowledgeable. She connects well with the Kids. For last 2 years since we moved to Bay Area, we just Trust Dr. Jain for all our kid's health checkups and concerns. My Kids are very comfortable with her. Dr. Jain is also extremely accommodating. Her staff is very polite and helpful. Dr. Jain is an amazing person.
