LOST MY MOM , DON’T LOSE YOURS!! My mom had every sign of a blood clot. But he did not bother to test her or give her a final exam before sending her to a nursing home. Where she died less then 24 hours later. Neglect at its finest, but money buys lawyers. Lawyers get you a not guilty verdict. Top it off they made me pay his lawyer fees. All this happened only 4 months and 10 days after the passing of my dad. My mom needed a doctor to take care of her not just pass her on to a nursing home when she couldn’t even walk!! Dr Hakim office staff is the worst. Angie the office manager is rude and ignorant. Dr Hakim answer to anything is Pulmonary Rehab. I used to like him. Now I have no use of him due to his office staff

Impossible to get through to speak to someone. When I finally got through, the receptionist was so rude. She had an attitude that made it feel as if I was a their mercy. When I finally did speak so someone, they asked me for referrals (I have a PPO) that I didn't need and made me jump through hoops that I later found that I didn't have to. The idea of customer service seems lost on them. I could not be more disappointing. After struggling with them for two weeks, i gave up and decided to seek out another Dr. in my PPO network. Disappointed, with Dr. Hakim staff, they seemed over worked and were rude. During my appt. I left specific message for follow-up with the staff for Dr. Hakim. They had no record of my message for follow-up. I didn't feel comfortable with Dr. Hakim. My impression that I was just another patient.

Couldn't imagine a more caring, competent, and attentive doctor than Dr. Hakim. Also, his staff is amazing and I've never had a problem finding parking, getting appointments or referrals to specialists.
