Dr. Ali has been my son’s doctor for the past 5 years since we moved to Palm Bay. We love her, she is amazing, very patience, very communicative and the best of all always finds an availability on our urgent needs, her and her MA are amazing. My son loves her and we thank God for her. She is the real definition of a real Doctor that is hard to find now days. She is family to us. Thank you for everything Dr. Ali. ♥️????????

I waited several hours and when I went to the pharm they had no record of a prescription for him. It was too late to call that day so when I called the dr the next day employee named Lisa White was INCREDIBLY RUDE to me (I had to ask her if she knew not to cut people off when they're speaking and she sarcastically answered no she didn't know that) and she told me the doctor must've "forgot" to send it in. Our son got sick while we were on vacation in Florida and no one wanted to see him because he was not an established patient, we found Dr Ali and she saw him with no problem, she is very knowledgeable and professional and gave my son a good treatment, he is still recovering but it seems to be working, I am so grateful to her and her staff for opening their door when no other doctor in the area would. I’ve been taking my two kids here for the last 18 years and it has always been a good experience . Dr. Attiya is very polite and never in a rush. She has always made us feel welcome. She is quick and accurate in her diagnoses and prescribes the medicine accordingly. She follows up well and is easy to reach.

I started seeing Dr. Ali last year for my children and I'm so glad we did. She's so amazing and great with the kids. She explains anything that you may not understand and she draws and explains for the kids. Her staff is also amazing!

It’s always so great coming in to Dr. Ali’s office with a staff so welcoming. As a new mother, Dr. Ali is always there and always follows up to make sure my little one is ok. I didn’t like my daughters pediatrician so I searched around for another. I was pleased with the reviews from Dr. Ali’s office, so I made an appointment to try her out with my newborn once she was born. I was beyond impressed. Got an appointment right away, the office staff were welcoming and friendly. I waited less than 5 min to be seen. Dr. Ali was very personable, knowledgeable, professional, and VERY passionate about children. She sat and talked with me for at least 20 min, about myself, and about my two girls, just getting to know us. All three of my children are patients with Dr. Ali. Since 2008. I did not care the first receptionist ( i don't remember her name she was short, rude, and impatient) However, now Sandra attempts to personalized the service by remembering each patient, attempts to connect personally and that goes a long way with us. Dr. Ali has always been personable and the kids really love her. Even when a shot is given. She doesn't drown the kids with meds as some doctors do. She is has always provided a natural solution first. If the problem persist then meds are prescribed. Overall, i will not move my children for any reason. I will recommend her to any new mom and mom that is not looking to drug there kids but looking for a doctor that will listen to your concerns and try to find a natural way to treat the child. Amazing doctor. Really good with kids. One of the best pediatricians in Melbourne Fl. After moving into town I had a hard time finding a good doctor for my children. Doctors who just don't prescribe medicine when the kids don't really need it and who actually know what's going on with the child's health. After two years I moved over to Dr Ali and she is superb. My kids and I love her. She is great!

My Children have been going to her since they were very little, and they continue to go. I always have her full attention. She's AMAZING!

Rush rush rush. Go somewhere where they want to take time to see you and get to know you and your child. Hopefully other people's experiences are better than mine!

I will not take my son back here. This doctor is so rude. Too many weird things have happened that I am now posting this after talking to the rude doctor on the phone, I've had it. She is very down grading and speaks to me like I am a child, my mother went to my sons last apt with me and the doctor spoke to her like I wasn't even in the room. At two years of age, my son didn't sing twinkle twinkle little star and she is persistent on telling us he doesn't talk good enough. Every child is different. She asked me if anyone in my house smoked, and I said no, she looks at me and said are you sure?..... Are you kidding me? The office was too lazy to write me a referral to an ENT, the dr got on the phone with such an attitude and told me I have to find an ENT myself. so after getting off the phone with this joke of place here I am posting this. I will be finding another dr. Don't waste your time with this place. Rude rude rude. Oh and to top this off, my son was really sick on a Friday, keep in mind they aren't open sat & Sunday and don't have a nurse or any staff on call, we go to target to pick up his med, it's not there, no one answers at the office, so my son is super sick with no doctor and no medicine because she didn't call his medicine in, so we ended up taking him to the ER where we got better service anyway. The nurses at this office are the only pleasant part of any visit I've made there. Too bad the doctor isn't a more pleasant person .. I will not take my son back here. This doctor is so rude. Dr. Ali has an incredibly poor front desk staff who will misinform you about your insurance coverage. Her office will then continue to schedule appointments without telling you that your insurance is not paying. They will they come after YOU for the money. On top of that, Dr. Ali claimed to care about my daughter, but when she informed me that my insurance wasn't paying she allowed me to quickly weigh my daughter. She had not gained in two weeks. Instead of showing care or concern, Dr. Ali told me "you need to feed her more" and walked out. Its all about the money. Not to mention a misdiagnosis of a problem with her lungs when if she would have looked at my daughters previous records she would have seen it was her choanal artresia. Dr Ali is able to negotiate the challenging road of pre teen and teen health. My 13 year old and 15 year old have only been patients for two years, however the doctor was interested in their entire health history and she approaches their current health from all perspectives physical educational intellectual social. She is also able to formulate plans to help a young adult realize their responsibility to their own health. It is very helpful to have partner in this challenging stage of parenting who does not just decide that "struggle" from 11-18 is necessary. I came to this doctor in tears and full of stress! When I came to her I had been to the doctor over and over for the same-thing they just kept telling me that everything was OK. Finally I got fed up and researched a new doctor. I came in to see Dr. Ali when we meet she knew I was very unhappy and I had a lot of stress about the situation. She had him in that day for x-rays of his stomach and called me after she received the results that day she called me and told me what I needed to do. I was so persistent on seeing the GI specialist because no one at the old Doctors office wanted to help that she sent me to one anyways but everything Dr Ali told me to do is the same-thing she told me to do. So after a long road we are finally getting him back. About a week after we started the medicine she told us to he was back to normal and using the bathroom regularly and not every 5 minutes he was actually able to play with his friends without having an accident! Horrible! Dr is absolutely terrible! I brought my 6 month old son into the office because he couldnt breathe correctly & they gave me a nebulizer & then told me that the dr would send in the prescription for the breathing treatments in a few hours. I went to the pharmacy several hours later, I was told they had no prescription. At that time it was late so when I called the office the next day, the staff was INCREDIBLY rude and told me the dr forgot. HOW DO YOU FORGET A BABY THAT CANT BREATHE?!

I BEEN WORKING IN THIS OFFICE FOR A VERY LONG TIME, TO MY EXPERIENCE WHEN YOU SENT PATIENT A BILLS THAT THEIR INSURANCE SAID IS A PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY THERE ATTITUDE TOTALLY CHANGE. WE TAKE GOOD CARE OF OUR PATIENTS AND DR. ALI IS A VERY CARING DR. GOOD BED SIDE MANNER. ( BUT WE ARE NOT A FREE CLINIC.)

Dr Ali has poor staff who will misinform you about insurance coverage. She is all about the money. When she found out my insurance wouldn't pay she was neither caring nor helpful when we found my daughters weight had not increased in two weeks. She also misdiagnosed my daughter with a lung problems and unnecessarily prescribed albuterol given via a nebulizer. Do not trust this doctor with your child.

Been taking my baby there since she was born. Dr. Ali is amazing! Her assistants are great too! They all take great care of my baby and when ever I call they are very good about getting her in fast.

I am a grandmother of 7. All my grandchildren have been with Dr. Ali since the birth of my first grandchild in 1996. My oldest grandson is now 19 and hated having to switch to a new doctor. Dr. Ali takes her time and explains everything. She is very thorough and gentle. None of my grandchildren have never been afraid to go to the doctor. Dr. Ali has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions when my grandchildren were sick, squeezing us in if we called last minute with a sick child, she has even called us over a weekend to check on them.
