I went to see Dr Agusto Rojas for a simple cosmetic thigh lift procedure.. when i came out of surgery He unwrapped my thighs and they were cut down the middle almost down to my knees. I cried hysterically asking why he did that to me this was not discussed or was supposed to part of my surgery. I was left disabled for almpst a year. And in severe pain.. he told me dont worry i will get free medical care and get the cosmedic surgies and anything I needed for ree to reatore my legs. He lied he stopped treatmena a year ago refuse to see me to fix my thighs. Theres indentations on my thighs and sagging and i had nice legs before the surgery compare to how he left them now... Dont trust him.. he had his brother Dr Alvaro do a breast enhansement at no charge to make up for his Malpractice. I did let hi do it . My breasts were purkey but wanted them bigger size D . Well thats not what i got. Again a botched surgery. Dr Alvaro put a small implant my bra size did not change . I cried told him i lwanted fuul bid D with cleavage as we discussed and agreed to. A year in a half goes by and now the implants dropped half way under my arm. I told him take them out becaues he did not put the implant behind the muscle or breast lift me the implants drooped. I love Dr. Rojas! I have been seeing him for years and I'm always thrilled with the outcome. He takes his time and explains what he is doing, why and any after care necessary.  I have had Botox, Laser, Microdermabrasion, Fills and BBL. He always does a great job.  Highly recommend.

I was at the clinic about 2 months ago, a had a facial peeling, which I described as the worse investment of my life. $750.00 for a product that later I found on amazon for less than $400.00. But That wasn't the problem, the problem is that the treatment didn't work as they told me. When I went back to the clinic to speak with the doctor they make me wait for almost 2 hours, although I scheduled an appointment. At the end Dr. Rojas didn't care about the situation. Well for starters I want to say I.have been a patient of Dr. Rojas for well.over 7 years. I saw the Dr. monthly then went to bi-monthly.I always paid CASH to see him. He's a good Dr. However, having said that, I NN to bring to everyone's attention of the 1 ???? STAR. (???? Bad-Review). We, my wife & me are awaiting our PPO insurance packet. Myself and my wife have been approved. Previously I have always payed CASH when visiting Dr. Rojas- It was $60, then $80 most recently. FEB 2016. My wife has had some pain in her chest, maybe an issue w her heart, bad gas, etc. I made an appointment for her, showed up, then was told the FEE is $120-. Unexeptable. Then I'm told it's $100- for me that same day because I didn't know about it. Well I did know about it. I was told the fee was $80-. I wouldn't make.that up- Don't have to ! So . . .when I arrive with my wife, I'm told of the fee and some people come out to explain it to me. They tell me how sorry they are and that I.still have to pay $100- just to see the Dr. NOT NICE ! And where's the Dr. all this time. He's sitting next door in office listening to me complaining- I pay CASH. Always have. I understand people will raise rates. We get it. Happens everywhere. Again we haven't rec our insurance yet. When you add the office visit, $120- + ekg + blood test and whatever else in heavens that there is, I'm looking at out the door. . . $$ 350-400 bucks easy. Was ready to pay it until I got treated like a ???? NOBODY. NOT NICE ! It seems like I'm NOT valued as a patient anymore. Each time I have gone to be seen by Dr. Rojas, it has been hassle free and along with Dr. Rojas, the staff is very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this medical office.
