HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE!! Today we had the worst experience at this office which is sad because Dr Luaces has always been a sweetheart and we have been going to him since he took care of my youngest son in the NICU when he was born (7 years). But Today we had an appointment which we scheduled weeks in advance. My husband took time off work and took the kids out of school early and when we arrive we are surprised by Dr Luace's wife which has to be the most unprofessional and rudest person I have ever dealt with. She tried to state she couldn't see my kids because there was a note from supposedly Luaces stating that one of my kids will no longer be seen here and SHE ASSUMED that maybe we had an arguement or something with them in the past. We were super confused and my husband called me. I was also confused because the doctor loves my oldest autistic son and til this day remembers his name and even has told him that he sees him all the time because his daughter attends the same school. I asked her to please call him to clarify because nothing has ever happened and we even called to make an appt and that was never mentioned. She insisted and then tried to tell me we hadn't even been there since 2020 so why are we there now? WHAT kind of comment is that? And she is also incorrect because we have proof of our visit March 2021 when we came in for a consult and they gave us the prescriptions for our sons ABA therapy. I even sent her a picture and she would never admit that they have some issues with their system instead accused me of lying and then started changing the story assuming once again that one of her nurses signed for the doctor. Then she said a comment about "we don't need you guys to come to our office and lets hurry because I have to go get my daughter". How is that my problem when we took off time to come here. This lady might be a doctor but she lacks basic people skills, professionalism and is as uneducated as they come. I told my husband to leave and we will be changing doctors due to this lady and the front office which obviously follow the example of Dr Capote with their horrendous customer service. Dr. Capote is an excellent Pediatrician. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Luaices is also knowledgeable and both have great bedside manners. The kids love them! I highly recommend them.

im giving one star bc is mandatory,, this is an money factory, i use to know the parents of one of the doctors, I will never go back

Simply the best. Best doctor’s her and Dr. Luaces wouldn change them for anything. I trust them with my eyes close they will simply always tell you the truth and they really care. Simply the BEST!!
