Very unprofessional. Doesn’t listen to patient. Also puts people down and doesn’t care about you personally. If you are thinking about going to Operation Par please reconsider another clinic with a different doctor. I have been for the most part in the Methadone Clinic for about 16 years now and have never ever came across a doctor was so rude and unprofessional as this one. The rest of the staff at Operation Par are wonderful though.

Closed a clinic I was using for 6 months in Oregon. Only found out the clinic was closing due to calling in about a document I requested from the doctor that wasn't done yet. Was told the document (letter about my treatment) wasn't done and might not be done at all because clinic was closing. This was the first I was told about it. The staff also threatened to withhold my final prescription because of an outstanding balance of 25.00 dollars for my med records. I had tried a week previously to call and pay the balance and left a vm asking for a call back which was never followed through on. The doctor shouldn't have agreed to write a letter that was needed for legal reasons if he never intended on doing so. It's unprofessional and has stalled my attorney from doing his work because he was waiting for something the doctor said would be done weeks ago. Closed a clinic I was using for 6 months in Oregon. Good doctor good staff..good place to get clean
Doctor Siddiki is a good doctor good clinic and the services is really fast I don't wait long to go see him .
Dr. Siddiki is so great! He helps you with the current problem and also any problem as a whole. The staff is also amazing. I love coming to Clear Path!
So glad I chose Dr. Siddiki and Clear Path Center! So caring and professional. The staff is wonderful, the office clean and bright! They got me in for a next day appointment, I never have to wait long to see the doctor at my appointed time. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Dr. Siddiki is excellent with his care and taking the time to personally call me back with any issues. He visited me in the hospital and spent more time with me than any other Doctor in the past. I highly recommend him and his staff. Stan H.
