Dr. McCray is excellent!! She’s very kind to my son, and she takes plenty of time to answer any of my questions. I never feel like she isn’t listening to me or trying to rush through an exam. All of the staff members are kind and professional.

I am giving this practice one star only because you obviously have to give them something to write a review. I have NEVER in my life experienced unprofessionalism as i did today. Took the doctor forever to even come into the room to begin with she wasn't in there long before sending my son into the restroom for a urine sample and once we came back into the room she was gone and already onto the next patient without saying another word to me.. Never once did she explain to me what she thought was wrong with my son. What if i still had questions?!?! Which i did!! Not only that but the receptionist has the nastiest attitude every single time i go in there. My son had been nonstop vomitting so when i asked about his medication the nurse or receptionist knew nothing about it and told me that the prescription was already sent to the pharmacy which is was not. I do believe she only told me that to get me to leave. Worst experience of my life dealing with a pediatricians office and they are lucky i do not report this entire situation to the medical board. My experience at New Heights Pediatrics was beyond exceptional. I’ve been taking my two children to the same pediatrician for a while now and just recently transferred to New Heights and already in one visit, I feel like my children have been given more attention and patience than they have in the years combined from their previous pediatrician. My daughter loved seeing Dr. McCray. The staff was friendly and the nurses were wonderful as well. We are so happy to have found an amazing pediatrician so close to home. The facility is clean and neat. Parking was easy and convenient. Highly recommend New Heights Pediatrics!

Dr. McCray at New Heights has seen my children for almost 10 years. We've had to change pediatricians once or twice due to insurance and medical facility changes, however, hands down, the best pediatrician of any my children have seen. Pros: Personable Doctor. She listens, talks to your children with respect and relates to them, no matter the age. She genuinely cares and treats patients like family. Her non-bias approach and knowledge is notable. Dr. McCray will make time to help in any way she can. She'll stay late, call you at home or have a real conversation when it's needed. Doctors like her don't exist anymore. I have 100% confidence in Dr. McCray. Thank you for coming back to King George! Although, I would follow Dr. McCray anywhere! Cons: None. Seriously. This place is thorough and thoughtful! Great place for kiddos!

Dr McCray has been our doctor for many years, from my child's birth to her teenage years. She is caring and takes time to listen and fully examine when there are symptoms. She shared printed info on the condition and recommended the best surgeon when it was necessary.
