Not recommended wait over 45 minutes. Not respect for anybody’s time.

I've called this office everyday and no one will answer or call back this is very Unprofessional. When my Pharmacy calls they don't answer so I have to drive 30 minutes to the office to talk to some one. I'm looking for a new heart doctor.

Dr. Ellis is too busy to care about how his practice is being ran and who he hires in the front office. They are terrible and unprofessional.

Nobody calls back, bad communication skills and very unprofessional. Still waiting for blood work and CT scan results over a week. Every one transfers to voicemails that nobody ever hears. Patient portal is no good either.

If you can go elsewhere, please do. For starters, to get an appointment the wait is about 3-5 months. I scheduled my appointment back in October for January 13th, 2023. Today I get a call from their office saying DR Ellis has to cancel my appointment because he has other obligations to tend to. Lily is the rep who called to notify me, she was very rude and nonchalant. She said if I wanted to reschedule there are no openings until end of April. So you mean to tell me that due to dr Ellis inconveniencing ME I now have to wait another 3 months for an appointment? No apology, no urgency, no consideration. NOTHING. Please find a cardiologist that cares about their patients and one who has an office staff that is professional and kind. Dr Ellis and his staff are awful

Dr. Ellis is extremely knowledgeable and has the best bedside manner. He takes his time talking to me and making sure I understand everything about my health.

Dr. Ellis is the best cardiologist I have seen. His staff is very efficient and helpful. I feel comfortable with all of them and feel I can trust the doctor as well as his staff.

I have visited the office of Dr Ellis for over 20 years. He expects 100% out of his staff, so you can be assured of the same friendly, professional treatment everytime you visit.

I have been a patient for 3 years and find all aspects of the visits are (including the grueling test twice a year) done in a professional manner. Sometimes the waits are a little longer than I would prefer but good Doctors are in great demand. He explains things very well and spends a lot of time with me answering any and all questions. I very much recommend him

Dr. Ellis is very efficient ! Very thorough ! I came in for some concerns and he weighed all of the options to make certain all is well. I would highly recommended Dr. Ellis

He is the best Cardiologist ever! He was able to take care of my hubby's 99% block so quickly and amazingly. He is the best doctor ever!!!!

I saw Dr. Ellis in 2017 around September. I had problems controlling my blood pressure with the medication he prescribed. He never offered to change anything. This doctor didn’t listen to me at all. I switched doctors and now bp is normal after medications were changed.

My PCP noticed a serious issue with my heart and he called Dr. Ellis to see me that day ASAP while I was being examined by him Dr. Ellis said send her right over and we will take care of her. I got to his office in Sugarland that is located right by Sugarland Methodist Hospital. I signed in and within 3 to 5 minutes I was called back. The doctor and his staff did a series of test and determined I needed to be admitted ASAP to the hospital. I am still here to tell my story and thank him so much for getting me in so quickly! I still see Dr. Ellis for followups and he still takes care of me like day one!!! Ha been coming to this office for 25 years for my annual stress test and check up. It s always been a very efficient and pleasant experience until this year. Something has gone terribly wrong with the group. The wait was stupid long to start with. Laborders were mixed up twice. Had to request the results three times before they were sent. Now I am getting bill after bill because the records were not coded right. Billing person in the office was useless, said she couldn't do anything!!!!!
