He is an outstanding physician. He is highly knowledgeable, skilled and genuinely cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Went 3 times, NEVER AGAIN! First visit comes into room, grunts something then prcedes to far side of room and talks to wall. After 10 minutes tells me to undress and leaves returns 15 minutes later and ecame more concerned with car on back than my problem. Tells other person in room(never did anything except stand there never left will Idisrobed) "has blood in stool needs testing. HE NEVER CHECKED STOOL Said get dressed and walked out. Second visit more talkng to wall When he finally had time for me I suggested colonostopy He said only as last resort (everyother doctor it is frst test) and left Third visit walked into room talked to wall again and left. Ever present other person in room said to make another appointment I will never return

Wait times are ridiculous. Dr was not helpful at all with my condition. Staff is incompetent and can not seem to even handle the simplest task. Office small and dingy. Stay away from this doctor. I wasted three months and five office visits.

Roughest colonoscopy ever, did not wait for sedatation to take effect. Greediest financial policies ever. Bogus billings. Intransigent office manager. Charged $5 late payment when their billing office keyed in the wrong payment amount by 15 cents! AND, they insist it's my fault and will not reverse the charge and the late payment. Stay away!!!

Dr. Wallis and his staff are very kind and thorough. Although the wait can be a bit much sometimes, it feels good knowing he is taking his time with me and making sure I understand exactly what is going on. He is incredible.

Excellent on every level.

The office is dirty and dingy, a ceiling fluorescent light didn’t work on our first appointment and 2 weeks later still doesn’t work; the staff is unhelpful and we’ve experienced wait times of 2 hours on the first appointment and 90 minutes on the second appointment, which was for a scope.

Doctor Wallis is a very thorough physician. He takes the time to explain your llness. Orders the appropriate labs, testing etc. I was very impressed with his bedside manners.

I felt he was thorough and helped me understand my condition much easier. I did not have any trouble with office staff. They were courteous and helpful as well as kind

I requested a sign language interpreter on Feb 27th for my appointment. They told me it will be taken care of. Until March 12th, they called and refused to provide an interpreter, instead of interpreter, they ordered an equipment to access communication. As a result, they have to call me back when the equipment arrives. I explained that I can not wait for another week or unknown date because I went to ER two weeks ago. My stomach is having a great deal of pain. They refused to pay terp

I don't know what to think about this man. The wait times are ridiculous- over an hour. His questionnaires have several repeats as if he is trying to catch patients in a lie. On one visit he tells me I am getting very sick. On the following visit, he asks me why I am back so soon even though he told me to make the appointment. His staff try to schedule a procedure that I have come to discuss the results of. ( I had the procedure 2 weeks before. ) It feels like he is toying with people.

Although the wait is somewhat longer than the average physician office visit, once you are with Dr. Wallis in the examination room, he never hurries you, goes over in detail your lab/surg results and is sure you have no questions remaining. I feel as if I am his only patient when he sees me.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. HIS OFFICE IS OLD, MUSTY, AND NOT WELL EQUIPPED. HIS STAFF IS INCOMPETENT AND UNRELIABLE. HIS SURGERY CENTER IS LIKE AN OLD HOUSE CONVERTED INTO A FACILITY NOT ADEQUATE FOR A PROCEDURE. PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK OF GOING TO HIM. I'M SORRY I DID NOT.

I made a mistake thinking this Dr. and his staff would be something different, I was mistaken. I had a terrible experience with this Dr. Office and will never go back. My time is valuable no different then theirs, but they don't seem to care. Nobody from their office called to either talk to apologize for having me wait for over and hour or to to go over my test results that I've been waiting patiently for sometime now.

Bills insurance company after receiving payment for services rendered. They have billed my insurance 4 and 5 times after they have already been paid.

The office manager has changed and since the change, the experience has been horrible. Appts are consistently wrong; either date or time or both. It has been a nightmare the past month or so. The waiting room temperature is frigid.
