Dr. Barry Rabin

I have seen Dr. Rabin since I was a child due to traumatic injury. 30 years later I still see him to monitor my condition and change in sight due to getting older. He has always been kind and upfront and honest.

Rabin disrespected me and verbally abused me. Humiliated me and I did everything not to cry in front of him. He wanted to know why I did not come back on time......well no one deserves to be vebally abused and embarassed by their own so called doctor. What ever happened to the oath doctors took....Do No Harm? Well Rabin.....you psychologically damaged me for life! I pity all your patients!You claim you care, but your actions speak volumes. One of the best doctors I’ve had! He is very thorough and does everything he can for his patients. I am always informed about everything he, and his tech’s do throughout the appointment.

Recently my husband and I visited this office and were disappointed with how the office is run. From the front end to the exam and especially to the person who fit us for glasses, it seemed one hand did not know what the other hand was doing. Very disjointed. Mistakes were made on the prescriptions and due to other mistakes on our finished pairs of glasses we needed repeat visits which wasted time and money.

Very disappointed. I have plead my case that I cannot wear my glasses, first strength needed to be reduced, and bifocals might not be the best fit for me. Ignored by both the doctor and the optician Dave. It appears that they are not aiming to fix problems but become part of the problem. One size does not fit all and ignoring the problem does not make it go away. I visited Walmart, much friendlier, efficient and much less expensive. My wife did the same and was satisfied as well.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr Rabin for over 35 years. He is a gentleman, polite, knowledgeable in his field, and is very connected to his patients. We have both had cataract surgery and no longer need glasses. DrvRabin has treated my wife who is diabetic and in early stages of macular degeneration. He is and has been treating me for Glaucoma for many years. We highly recommend Dr Rabin. Office staff are excellent. Waiting time always minimal. Office always neat and clean.

Dr. Rabin is a gentleman first and foremost. He uses his medical education in a way that puts you at ease and gives you the best possible care. He removed my cataracts and my vision went from 20/400 to 20/30. I had my mom go to him before she passed away; she thought a lot of him as well. His office staff is polite, helpful and competent. I have no concerns about Dr. Rabin or anyone in his office.
