DR. B. Rhodes Has always taken the time to listen to me and any of my health concerns. He takes time to figure out what is wrong and what treatment would work best for me, if he can't do something he researches and sends me in the direction of someone who can help me. We have made him our family now. Thank you Dr. B. Rhodes for all you do. P.West

Very disappointed in NW Primary Care. Called today to set up a lab appointment prior to my fathers Nephrology and I'm told my 82 year old dad can no longer see his doctor. "We don't take your insurance anymore, you should have received a message ... " ... I don't see any messages In fact, I've been called recently to enroll him into a blood pressure and vitals monitoring program. Do you have any idea how disruptive this is for his health and care? I have been seeing Dr Rhodes for probably 10yrs. Really nice guy and he actually listens. He has always taken great care of me. I like his sense of humor as well. Some doctors are very judgmental, he is not. If I have a bad experience with a doctor I won’t go back. His tenure seeing me as a patient is a testament to his character and treatment. Thank you Dr Rhodes!

Dr Rhodes has always taken the time to answer all my questions. I have been going to him a long time now and he's very knowledgeable about my ongoing medical issues.

Dr Rhodes is very knowledgeable and thorough. Our visits are comprehensive. I’ve been seeing him for 10 years. I would recommend him.

Was extremely condescending! I was appalled by his rudeness, curt manner and patronizing attitude! I’m not sure how he treats his younger patients but he seems to have open contempt for patients over 60. I will be filing a complaint with NW Primary clinic against this doctor.

I do believe that Dr Rhodes is knowledgeable, but I feel like he doesn't listen to you. He is friendly in person, but you usually leave his office feeling like the visit was pointless, nothing was accomplished and they just wanted your money. This is too often the case with many of the doctors at his particular office, but more so with him. If you leave him a message, somebody else responds to you and they never answer your questions, either. I feel like he's not there to help and support you, he's there to fill a position. He doesn't seem to be interested at all in working WITH you to help you, and he's not open to your ideas and opinions. He's just dismissive and borderline argumentative. At the end of your interactions with him, you often feel at a loss as to what to do or who else to see. Unfortunately, it's a waste of your time and money. It wasn't always this way, which makes me feel sad and disappointed.

First visit. He listened very intently. Thoroughly examined my concern and fully explained his assessment. He was very personable and professional. I like him and will keep him as my primary physician.

Awful bedside manner. Very cold and rude. Why go into medicine if you seem to have your profession?

No complaints. He listened to me explain the stretches & exercises I do, too my chief complaint, he checked my ROM, and gave me an option to achieve relief in the short term and a MRI option in a worsening future. I wasn't 100% thrilled that my PCP recommended me to a sports medicine Dr vs getting a MRI next, but sports Dr's know best when it comes to these types of injuries.

not a fan. very rude. remembers nothing about you on follow up visits - its like getting medical advice from a goldfish.

Dr. Rhodes is cold, impatient, and displays the stereotypical God-complex. Don’t show up late, not even a few minutes! I was in exscruciating back pain and had an urgent appointment to get a trigger point injection. I was the last patient of the day and he turned me away. When I asked to speak directly with him he refused at first. When he finally talked to me he was curt and condescending, saying his priority was to take his wife to dinner. He finally gave me the shot-took less than 3 mins.

I saw this man years ago back in 2016 I had a followup with this man and not to mention he instead of doing what was asked of him he referred me to a cardiologist without my mother knowing it If I was anyone at this point please consider twice before seeing this man he will take advantage of you

Dr. Rhodes is the best. He actually cares about his patients well-being and spends that extra time it takes to strengthen the relationship with his patients. He is very perfessional as well as personable. He has been my doctor now for about 7 years and he is very thorough and is extremely knowledgeable and well known in the medical field. He has helped me out immensely with my medical needs and I am considering myself lucky to have Dr.rhodes as my primary care physician. Dr. Rhodes is the best. Dr Rhodes a very compassionate physician as well as being very direct, which I greatly appreciate. I have multiple serious health issues and I feel he helps me manage them very well. He provides enough relevant information to make informed health decisions. He is realistic enough to know when to choose his battles, so to speak, about how well you manage your own care. He reinforces the needed positive changes you have made & encourages you to make the more difficult changes without scolding.

Took my 5 yr son in for an ear infection. Dr Rhodes is not his primary physician, just who was available. My son tells him "I want to be a doctor when I grow up" and the doctor says "well I hope the paperwork is better by then. What you really want to be is an orthodontist, thats where the money is..." I think maybe he was trying to be funny but didnt even crack a smile. Very unprofessional and obviously must not deal with children often. I thought he was rude, and my son was totally confused.

Sadly I have been going here for 3 years and just can't take it anymore!!! Went to my appointment this morning 12/29/16; arrived 15 minutes late and was told the soonest I could see the doctor was on January 5. I have been waiting for this appointment for weeks while Dr Rhodes was on vacation. I've been seeing him for years, I asked if they could fit me in, I would wait, the doctor told the RUDE front desk women that he was unable to see me even though I am trying to see him before my insuranc

He really makes me feel like I'm a person and not just a patient. He's down to earth. He's straight up about what he says. He's not just taking notes, he's listening. He's present with me and that's what I like in a doctor and I finally found him. It's hard for me to even go to the doctor, but I look forward to seeing Dr. Rhodes.

Dr. Rhodes was quite unprofessional.

I have several types of issues such as neurological pain, fibro, migraines, anyways, he always listens, even when I am being a less than pleasant person and helps find something that we can try that I can use to help prevent my pain.
