Pleasant, informative willing to explain the situation. Only issue I have is that I had to wait over 5 months doe the appointment as Dr Mendez er this apptis the only dermatologist in the network. I made an appointment immediately after this appt. It if you have a pressing situation, you will not be able to get a quick appointment. But that isn't her fault that is the networks issue. Instead of treating you for the thing you came for she'll just check the back of your arms for keratosis pilaris (chicken skin that most people have and don't care about) and give you a prescription to pointlessly treat it. Couldn't diagnose a skin condition that a one second google search diagnosed and thankfully I showed another doctor who was able to help me cure it. I made an appointment with Dr. Beatriz Mendez in March 2017 The appointment was for July 10th 2017 Today, April11 2017 the doctor cancelled my appointment. I've called the office and tried to make another appointment, they told me that the next available appointment is for September 2017 It's very unprofessional like "I don't care" move from the doctor! Why I have to wait six months to be seen by this doctor? I definitely do not recommend this doctor to anyone who needs a dermatologist!!
