I had a wonderful experience at my dental appointment. I've been in different places and this one is by far the best one in long time. Ruined my daughters teeth. She bled like crazy after. Her teeth was super sensitive and months later her teeth are still sensitive. Truly disappointed. Long wait times and staff was rude too. All around a horrible. Please don’t go here.

I had an amazing experience with Dr.Bella! She is very professional and, most importantly, cares for her patients. I am very satisfied with my teeth and I highly recommend.

Finally now in my 40's I am able to smile brightly after having work done on my front teeth. I've never felt more confident. Dr. Pinkatz worked liked a magician, and was professional at all times. The staff is very nice, as well. This is where I will be going from now on.

The wait time was very short which I appreciate but I had to change dentists because of Pinkatz condescending and dishonest nature. I went in for 4 fillings which she said I needed crowns for. My insurance denied approval for these crowns saying they weren't needed. I tried battling it out with the insurance until a nice lady said to me to try to get approved using a different material instead of porcelain but the insurance company continued to say that based on the X-rays I didn't need a root canal or crowns. After this I shopped around for a new dentist (Irina Pinksy) who took her own X-rays and said that these were just fillings and that there was no need for pricey crowns. The reason I am writing this review is because I am not alone in this experience. My husband went through the same trickery with Pinkatz. My other friend also said that this office is constantly trying to oversell unnecessary products and procedures to its patients.

I walked in due to a severe emergency, it was a Sunday and it was the only office that was open by my house. I was in dire excruciating pain I knew something was terribly wrong with my tooth. I showed my insurance, which they accepted and pleaded with the receptionist to please have the doctor see me as this was was a dire emergency. They took my insurance information then told me to wait only to be told that the dentist would not see me, guess she had too many routine cleanings. Well it turned out I had a dead nerve under a filling that was severely infected. No compassion !!! Thank you for turning me away ! I’ve never in my life had a bad dentist appointment. She was extremely rough with the sharp dental instrument. She kept poking my gums with it. It seems as though she was very careless when cleaning my teeth. I feel like I have a good pain tolerance but IT HURT SO BAD. I bled a lot at the dentist appointment and hours later, I rinse my mouth and there is still blood. I’ve never bled after a dental appointment. So disappointing. The best. I've been coming here for I think 3 years or more and everyone is really friendly and I never felt unwelcome. Definitely recommend

I have a phobia to dentists because of so much bad experiences. Due to having DC 37 insurance my options were limited but searched this dentist in particular and the good reviews. Great first experience. The staff is very friendly and the place is super clean. I felt very comfortable despite my phobia. Will be going back now.

Dr. Bella restored my smile with a veneer that looked identical to my natural tooth and she did an AMAZING job. I've come several times to Dr. Bella Pinkatz Dental Clinic as her and her staff are extremely professional and careful with my needs. My most recent visit had to do with a possible route canal and definite replacement of my porcelain crown. Dr. Pinkatz was very concerned with the health of my tooth underneath the crown. Through careful analysis, she had determined that the painful procedure was not necessary. My replacement crown feels beautiful and looks that way! Thank you so much

I first found Dr. Pinkatz's office through my union (DC37) when I was having severe problems with my teeth and gums. I'm so glad I did. I found out in my first visit that Dr. Bella and her staff her staff are not only warm, personable and courteous but also organized and knowledgeable. (The first thing you notice when you walk in are the color coded files of all their clients, neatly lined up behind the reception desk). The staff explained everything and walked me through the process. Dr. Bella examined me and put together a plan to proceed with my periodontist of choice to fix my teeth and gums. After several visits of what I thought for sure was a foregone grim conclusion. I was out of the woods of my dire situation in 6 months and through monitoring and follow up cleanings with Oksana (the office's dental hygenist-- who's also very pleasant and accommodating), I've done a complete 180. They've actually saved me money because they were so knowledgeable about my coverage plan. After almost 2 years of being a patient, I really can't say enough about the staff. The fact that they are open on Sundays in itself is rare, but service with a smile and a clean office put you at ease and let you know you're in good hands.
