All the staff except for the physician‘s aid who wrapped my hand was extremely rude. The physicians aide was very nice and gentle with my broken arm.

Excellent doctor and customer service

I trust Dr. Epstein. His only agenda is helping me be my best, physically. He doesn't push, he advises, and I appreciate that.

Dr Epstein is very thorough in his treatment and will answer your questions. His staff members are polite and helpful.

Staff is very friendly and very efficient. Little wait time Dr is efficient explains what he’s doing and what he’s going to do next appointment with set up very quickly. Thank you Dr. Epstein and staff.

Dr. Epstein is the absolute best! He excels in his field and is always aware of the latest advances in it! He also is able to explain things in language the layperson can understand and takes the time to do it every time! His skills are beyond reproach! I highly recommend him!

Rotatoe cuff surgery with good results.

Dr.Epstein was great! When my son broke his arm his staff got me in right away. Dr. Epstein and his staff are very friendly and helpful when it came to my son’s injury. Dr. Epstein explained everything I needed to know and what to do throughout my son’s treatment.There are not enough doctors out like Dr.Epstein. I would recommend him to everyone I know. Dr Epstein has no time management skills. I'm always waiting in his office for him, and today when I went in for a surgery that I had rescheduled so I could have the metal hardware that Dr Epstein put in himself, I set the appointment today so I can get it done before I lose my insurance. Surgery scheduled at 10:30....get here at 9:30 like they say and then 1130 rolls around and I'm being told he going to be another hour or more. Mind you I have 3 children to get back to and a babysitter for a limited time. Now I'm screwed and stuck with this metal that's causing me excruciating pain. I wouldn't recommend him for anything.

I love the people that are in this office they are so nice and take care of you I crushed my ankle and he’s the on that fixed it

I broke my ankle and Dr Epstein did surgery and I am very pleased with how much he cares about his patients.

Looking forward to working with Dr. Epstein and getting my hip replaced. So far it's been a great experience. He takes his time explaining what is going to happen. No rushing you in and out. Staff was very helpful and very friendly.

Dr. Epstein is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. He has had to do surgery on my elderly mother-in-law twice and is always respectful and considerate of her age. Some doctors want a 92 year old to do all the things a 22 year old would do!!! I would highly recommend him.

Have seen Dr. Epstein for almost 2 years and have had Great Experience as patient. Due other medical conditions/procedures,had to delay my knee surgery. Now on track again and Dr. Epstein is working hard to get me ready for knee replacement surgery. Had my surgery Nov. 25th and have been up and going. Next stage is physical therapy know it's gonna hurt but better for me in the long run. Just did my follow up & rescheduled for further follow up in February. I went to Dr Epstein for the first time and was greatly impress. The office staff was very friendly. Dr Epstein was great. The nurse had done my vitals and asked me question about why I was there. She typed all notes into the computer. Dr Epstein gave me a warm greeting when he walked into the examine room. He apologized for turning his back to me while he reviewed the notes. He explained what treatments were available for me immediately and in then in the near future. I feel completely comfortable about my visit and my future visits. He not only YELLED at me and was very rude when I asked him a simple question and he proceeded to write more negative stuff about me in his computer One word of advice if u go see this doctor because you don't have another option and have a crushed leg like me......bring another bigger person . I wouldnt go to him alone after he yelled at me, I brought my dad ...to my surprised he didnt even raise his voice , walked in and made eye contact with both of us and his whole demeanor change. I’m writing this review to warn other and future patients of this Doctor Epstein! His staff and he is rude, and do not care about their patients . Doctor Epstein did hip surgery on my mother a year ago , well it’s been a year no fall and suddenly her hip is broken again. As I came into the office to ask for help and guidance on what todo and if he would fix it and he refused. Totally rude unprofessional and I advise finding another surgeon. Not only with our experience with him we’ve heard other stories. Maybe someone needs to look into this because this surgeon is not into for his patients he’s in it for the money. Dr. Epstein is a wonderful surgeon. He's done a total knee replacement for me and eased my mind of any fears I might have had about it. He is easy to talk to, and helps me understand anything I might be confused about. I highly recommend? him.

Thanks to Dr. Epstein I am walking and enjoying life in its fullest, no pain at all, with out any surgery or other painfull ways, a shot every 6 to 8 months do for me, I am not a good candidate for knee replacement or other tipe of sugery due to my long time previous corecting surgery. I am super happy with his treatment, no drugs or pain killers is great for me.

Dr. Epstien has taken care of my son on numerous occasion's he always in pleasant talks a lot and very informative. He is a great asset to Okeechobee Healthcare. His staff is always so great and caring too.

I was and am very satisfied with the care Dr. Epstein showed me. Very professional and knowledgeable in his field. I felt very confident in having him do my surgery and the care he has provided afterwards. Would highly recommend him and this hospital.

Doctor Epstein is a number 1 hands down the most caring doctor I have ever met. He ordered an MRI of my neck and the radiologist did not see the cyst that Dr. Epstein saw in my neck. It was not in the report. Doctor Epstein gets to the bottom of your problems. He actually talks to you face to face and not just about the reason you are there. He makes you feel comfortable like a person not a number. I can't say enough good about doctor Epstein, very trust worthy and doesn't rush you out.

I am so glad Dr. Epstein has a new staff. The MA is super friendly she always has a snack for my day ready. and very knowledgeable.

Very unprofessional on handling my case I tore my acl. Went back many 4 times never seen Dr eipstein again. Than my knee started acting up again and they said they never seen me after my surgery which is completely untrue.

Dr. Epstein listened to my concerns, asked questions, and performed a thorough exam of my knees.

Dr. Epstein dropped my father as a patient with no explanation. He called the healthcare facility where my father is receiving rehab and told them he was no longer his patient. He did not even have the decency or professionalism to contact my mother. This is a terrible way to treat people in their mid to late 80s.

When I called the office I was offered a same day appointment. That is awesome and the girl was so friendly when she was helping me. Very pleasant

My initial ankle surgery was done in Indiana and Dr Epstein agreed to take me as a patient after we went to Florida for the winter. He communicated very well and took good care of me. I would recommend him to anyone.

A member of the office staff made it a point to express their opinions of the patient's attitude and/or difficulty in receiving information. Only one sheet was provided by staff in the beginning. After being called to the exam room, twelve more pages were required. Dr. Epstein was rude in correcting me of his diagnosis from the report given to me from the referring doctor. The doctor also typed in the clinical notes that I was being difficult towards and staff. This place is unacceptable.
