I found Dr Uh to be very professional and compassionate. He takes his time to answer all questions and does his best to relieve your pain. ( he is very gentle with injections). His medical assistant Nicole is very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him .

DrUh has been taken care of me for many years I've had many surgeries with him and never any problems he takes his time explaining all the treatments and outcomes never a problem scheduling appointments office staff is very helpful especially Ann marie they always return my calls you may have to wait a while to be seen by the doctor in the office but that's because he takes plenty of time to explain your condition I would never use anybody else but Dr uh wonderful doctor

Dr. Uh is an incredible doctor, amazing bedside manners, and truly gives you the attention you deserve before any major events like surgery. He was very thorough and went through all options with me before surgery since he knew I was hesitant. As a surgeon, he was also very great. My incision is barely noticeable. The staff are very helpful and are always available for any questions or concerns. I love his assistant as well Nicole, very great attitude and attentive. I was very impressed! I broke my foot and was in the ER last night. I called Dr Uh’s office to schedule a consult for possible surgery. From the minute I spoke with the women at the front desk I knew I was in good hands. She was kind and helpful and scheduled me an apt for the same day! When I arrived paperwork was fast and easy. Everyone was so friendly, the radiology tech was a sweetheart- he was gentle and helped make the whole process pleasant. Dr Uh spent so much time with me, explaining different options - surgical and non-surgical. I went with the hard cast option…I could not believe it, they set it up and did it for me on the spot! I was very impressed! I broke my foot and was in the ER last night. I called Dr Uhs office to schedule a consult for possible surgery. From the minute I spoke with the women at the front desk I knew I was in good hands. She was kind and helpful and scheduled me an apt for the same day! When I arrived paperwork was fast and easy. I’ve been calling his office for 3 days and not a single response

Unfortunately their office staff is so unprofessional, they won't even pick up a phone to make an appointment or clear their vm so anyone can leave a message to make an appointment. I will never know if this doctor is good because it's impossible to get through to make an appointment. Just lost a patient.

Dr. Uh listens to the patient and always finds a way to help them.

Great Doctor and very nice office staff. Handled my shoulder injury and surgery with total care and professionalism. Explained every step to me like I was a Doctor. Surgery went well and would recommend Dr. Uh and his staff anytime..

I had to go for a followup apt because after 4 months I am still in pain. I got there 30 min early and there were a few people in front of me and maybe 8 after me. After waiting over 2 hours and i saw everyone one else leave i went to the desk and asked when i was going to see him. She said maybe 20 min. I said why did everyone go ahead of me. I was so upset that I told her I was leaving. So why didnt someone come to me and just tell me to come back in 2 hrs. And the people working there were laughing. I assume they just skipped right over my name. Now I have to find someone else and start all over.

I was to a repeat patient, after myself and another patient were waiting for 5 minutes at the front desk, I showed them my driver license. I did not want them to photo copy it.

We only come here because he already did surgery, other ortho probably won’t want to see us due to that. otherwise we wouldn’t have gone to an office where the staff literally don’t want to do their job unless you call REPEATEDLY asking for them to do something. Very, very troubling experience with Dr. Uh's office. My son and I both had some pretty serious conditions and Dr. Uh was fine in terms of his appt with us. But my scrip didn't make it to the pharmacist until I called to complain 10 days later! The referral for our MRIs took 10 days too. And only got done because I complained strongly. They sent a referral for only one of my son's two bad knees and so I had to reschedule And worst, I left a message for the Dr that both of us were getting worse and were very concerned and there was absolutely no response, not even a call from the office to set up an appt. This experience was nothing short of scary. And still is, because we are now looking for a new doctor ASAP. On the positive side, the office manager was very helpful. Dr. Benjamine Uh is Amazing!!! In All ways!!! He is and Excellent Surgeon w Amazing bedside manner... very relatable and VERY VERY INTELLIGENT!!.. Dr. Uh is Exeptional! and worth Any issue that comes up w staff or surgical center ....

The best doctor you could have. Takes his time to talk to you and makes you feel more than just a patient and a number . His office staff is great , but busy , so stop knocking them people , the reason he’s busy is because he’s that good . So stop the complaining, put up with the wait , and you will get the best treatment around. Or go somewhere else and unfortunately he will see you to correct the other guys mistakes. He is that good. THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE MOST DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH ANY DR'S OFFICE IN TH 50 YEARS I'VE BEEN ON THIS PLANET!!! IF I COULD GIVE -5 STARS I WOULD!! EVERY TIME I HAD AN APPOINTMENT I HAD TO WAIT A MIN OF 2 HOURS AND 1 TIME EVEN 4 HOURS TO SEE THIS DR!!! I had to wait 2 hours to see the Dr. I even told them I left a sickly grandmother at home (mentioned when I made appointment for my friend) and the office manager told my friend to find another Dr! Hi Zocdoc, I made an appointment with benjamín uh an orthopedic doctor after my brother went to the ER they told him to see a doctor ASAP I saw he was the earliest available that work with his scheduled but when he went to the appointment they said they made a mistake doing the appointment that they don't see new patients at that time I ask then why did they call me to confirm they said they don't know but they couldn't see him they gave him an appointment for next Monday when he goes to this appointment they want to reschedule him again at then after fighting with them another doctor saw him. Im 65 years old, visited many doctors offices in those years. This is without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had. Doctor was fine but the office staff are horrific. I've met fee other doctors with regards to my knee and back pain.. Dr Uh is the only one who was able to pin point and explain in detail. He takes time and explains well.. I've never seen him rush on me .. I've visited him several times now.. he is calm, kind and really good..
