I relocated to area & needed a local doctor for back pain . Most doctors I called were not accepting new patients , so I ended up with Ong hai . I brought past med .records & MRI discs . After a brief exam , RX MRI . I had the MRI and 2 days later my request for appointment to follow up , was denied . I was told the doctor would call and discuss test results . Not hearing from him I left many messages on his answering machine . It is now 12 days since MRI and No response from Dr. Ong Hai
