Dr. Bert M Kaufman

This dentist ruined my otherwise healthy and cute front teeth. He removed the composite layer with Diamond driller And didn't realized he was already drilling my own enamel! He misformed my otherwise beautiful shaped front teeth to a horrible shaped teeth and took off length too from it! I couldn't recognize my teeth, then he admitted he cannot fix it and sent me away with ruined teeth! I had to go to a Japanese dentist ,who had to rebuild my teeth and said he doesn't even understand why was necessary to use diamond driller to remove plastic composite. I wish only to turn the times back and never enter Kaufman s office. I regret it and now I have a permanent , irreversible injury to my front teeth. He damaged me for life. Has taken excellent care of my teeth for decades. Does excellent work and takes time to explain procedures carefully. Excellent bedside manner.

My wife and I are both long time patients of Dr. Kaufman. He is always professional and his work is excellent. His office is well organized and Dr. Kaufman is always easily accessible and responsive. I would highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. Kaufman for over 20 years now. He is a very difficult type of dentist to find - one that cares about you, warns of potential discomfort during a procedure and works through as quickly as his quality level (perfection) allows, and very friendly. He has never done anything more than necessary, always lays out all options with pros and cons so we can choose together what will be done. This man changed my life! 100%! There is really no other way to explain it… I have spent my whole life being incredibly anxious about the dentist. When you couple that fact with bad genetics, I had developed very, VERY significant dental issues; cavities, decay, broken teeth, etc. To make matters worse, over the years I had been seeing a dentist who used subpar products and techniques. Before I saw Dr. Kauffman I spent my days not looking people in the eyes because I was ashamed of my teeth. I would avoid eating in social situations and never, EVER smiled in pictures. Well, after my treatment with Dr. Kauffman ALL of that has changed! He is smart, talented, kind, funny and patient! This man changed my life! I was always anxious about the dentist and had bad genetics. Over the years I had developed major issues; cavities, broken teeth, etc. To make it worse, I had seen a dentist who used subpar products/techniques. Before Dr. Kauffman I wouldn't look in people eyes because I was ashamed of my teeth, avoided eating in public and never smiled in pictures. After Dr. Kauffman ALL of that has changed! I drive 30 miles and over an hour to see Dr. Kaufman. Gentle touch and thorough. Has all the latest equipment too.

Dr. Kaufman has an amazing eye for detail. His work is beautiful and he explains all treatment options before proceeding. In addition, he is gentle and has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend him.
