Unprofessional and horrible bed side manners.

Dr Drolet made a very inappropriate comment about my child. She said my 1 year old has an attitude and to watch out because she will be difficult as a teenager. Who says stuff like that? Not an educated, professional, that’s for sure! I am EXTREMELY shocked and upset that a Doctor would say such a thing to an innocent baby. Most children don’t like going to the Doctor and for obvious reasons. It is completely normal for a child to not want to be poked and examined. Dr. Drolet needs to be taught bed side manners as a Medical care provider and understand that it is unacceptable to make unnecessary, inappropriate comments. I hope she is made aware of how her comments are harmful and offensive.

Overall, we had a very positive experience. She wasn't sure of the problem, but seemed to understand why we'd be checking the issue out( without us leaving feeling stupid). She left us with some things to try for the condition as well. We liked her!
