The people are nice, you can get your X-ray right there and the doctor listens.

She was patient and didn't rush me through my appointment. She thoroughly explained my treatment options and helped me make a choice of which option was best in her expert opinion. My appointment was a good experience.

Dr. Brisbin was professional , caring and took her time answering my questions .

First visit for arthritis, doctor explained my condition very throughly, she gave a Gel injection i my left knee.

She did not appear to me to be caring and often interrupted me while answering her questions or trying to explain my situation. I did not feel her concerned about my overall health. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Simply said my condition was due to age.

Dr Brisbin was very informative and engaging. She was thorough in her assessments. She took her time to make sure everything was clear, she has great listening skills. I did not feel rushed. Great Doctor.

Front desk staff was acting stupid, laughing and unfriendly except for one girl who was taking care of us. In the back area whilw waiting for xray a loud Spanish speaking woman was having loud conversation and again loughing obnoxiously while conversating and gossiping in Spanish. Very nice and caring doctor. I was in a car accident and had pain coming from my back and leg, they took X-rays then evaluated me. I was only concerned with my leg when I walked in but during evaluation laying down triggered my back to hurt. She looked at my X-rays with me and that was nice to see. I was prescribed medication and told to follow up with her if needed and she set up physical therapy. I was impressed was walking out! Very nice and caring doctor. The staff is always friendly, in this modern and very welcoming environment. Dr. Brisbin is quite personable and informative. She specializes in non surgical treatments, which is great because the last thing I want is surgery!

Dr Brisbane is a true professional. She listens to everything I have to say gives me all the information and answers all my questions.

Excellent doctor. Called on time for appointment. Had X-rays and went to exam room. Doctor promptly entered for exam. Explained everything in detail that was not over my head. Office personnel assisted me with my walking disability with kindness and patience. Overall a very good experience.

Dr. Brisbin was wholly professional and very helpful. She recommended a shot in my shoulder followed up by physical therapy, both treatments I was hoping for. I will happily check back with her in a month or two after I see the results of the treatment she recommended.

My knee is still hurting, heart rate went up.

I went to see Dr Brisbin for pain in my hip after my PCP told me I had arthritis and gave me prescription steroids and muscle relax. I didn't agee this and asked for a referral. Dr. Brisbin looked at my x-rays, told me exactly what the problem was and said I was right not to take those prescriptions. The problem was simple. After leaving her office I felt must better. She is awesome, very knowledgeable!! The office is very clean, everyone is professional, and wait times don’t exist. I highly recommend if you are in the south suburbs.

Dr Brisbin was awesome! She listened to my concerns and was able to tell me what was causing my pain. I'm feeling much better after the cortisone shot!
