Dr. Tolia is a phenomonal Neurologist. He takes time with his patients to ensure medical issues/complaints are properly diagnosed and very knowlegable with treatment. Dr. Tolia is the most personable and unbelivably wise Dr./Specialist I have met in 58 years. I am POA for patient of his. Utmost professional kind specialist.

I love this place! Dr Tolia is absolutely wonderful, he genuinely cares about the well-being of his patients, and actually listens. I trust him with my life, and am confident in my health ever since I started coming here in 2018. The staff is great too, always so friendly and helpful ❤️

Dr. Tolia is very experienced and has special knowledge of very complicated neuro issues. Takes time to ensure patient understands diagnosis(es). Recommend 100%.

He's an awful doctor and has the absolute worst staff. Julia is a mess and Remy is a joke. Don't go to this location. Highly recommend beaumont. This doctor will lie and lie and lie to get insurance money. Order tests that you don't need. Mandate you make appointments so he gets money and put you on controlled substances even though all over his office he says he doesn't prescribe benzos

The doctor with worst work ethic. This kind of doctor shouldn't be allowed to practice. My wife has RSD(a rare disorder) and needed immediate medical attention. He canceled appointment on her twice at the last moment. The phone receptionist was awful, with no manner or training to be capable of client facing.

I had my first visit with the Dr. Dr Tolia is a very kind and a very caring person. I found the receptionist to be a Upbeat & Joyful person. This office and doctor are a complete disaster. I waited 2 hours and I was never seen.

AWFUL! Pam is rude, unorganized, and incomprehensible. She is STILL calling after 6 months of us leaving there because the day I was scheduled to go ( a hour there and back.My husband had to take off work) to was cancelled after she took my phone number repeatedly and over many phone calls. I would write a ten page review if I explained all the awful things she did.She doesn't even know correct English. Just alot of ghetto gibberish. My appointment had been cancelled. Again. I still don't know how she couldn't find my number after taking it down and repeating it many times.She was so rude that my husband asked me to look them up so we could complain to the board. If you look at the reviews, THEY ARE ON THERE GIVING THEMSELVES 5 STARS!! Also, there are multiple ones of the same person. Obviously they sent smart enough to understand how this works. I love going to Dr tolia the staff is great, I never forget my appointments because they give you a call beforehand I would definitely recommend this entire office.

I am impressed with the office ???? n the orderly way it's run. I'm very satisfied with the service the office staff gives the patient s. IAM treated like l am the only patient the Dr has. Thank u Dr for taking good care of me,what I like most u take the time talk with me about me.

The office staff up front ( Pam) she is Awesome person and very respectful to everyone. Remy helps with any questions or any other needs you may have. He's respectful & awesome and Dr. TOLIA he's awesome. He's very helpful and I highly would recommend him to friends and family.

I have been going to Dr. Tolia for many, many years and I trust him with my care. Employees will often go out of their way to accommodate Patients. My only complaint I have had been since last fall (2018) has been the accounting firms that Dr. Tolia has been using. I went to the office in Michigan. I trusted this doctor and his staff. Don’t trust them. That’s all I have to say. They did me dirty when they had no reason to at all. I am devastated by what these people did to me. They broke my heart. Absolute avoidance.

He nearly killed my mom with his medication and got her to the hospital if I were you l would not take you or your family to that place like this if you agree

Staff was completely and utterly rude to the extent that it was so unesscary & they conducted themselves VERY unprofessionally. The “wait” to see the Dr himself was very inconvienant and unprofessional as well!!! STAY AWAY!!!

I was skeptical of this doctor at first but he is honestly a really good doctor! I can have a conversation about a random topic one month and the next month he will remember it and ask how it went. I also drive a long distance to get to his office and he never complains about me being late (although I do have to fix that). I've noticed a trend where a lot of doctors demean their patients out of a superiority complex but he is definitely not one of those doctors. Overall, would definitely recommend. I wish I was able to give them less than one star. I started visiting Dr. Tolia's office back in March of 2018 after getting a severe concussion. My first appointment was okay.April - August (current patient) nothing was done ethically. Two of his nurses left due to him being disrespectful, no one will answer the phones , and basically if you have insurance he will milk them until he feels as if he's made enough off of them. I was disrespected multiple times and told by him to deal with it.

NEVER GO HERE! The office staff is a complete disaster. The doctor never tested me for anything,and just gave me a new medication,which caused panic attacks and crying spells. The secretary called me mental,slammed the window in my face,lied about the bill, said that I wasn't a patient right after she clarified that I was. Dr. Tolia has been my neurologist for many years. He is one of the most kind, caring, and compassionate doctors I know. He really listens, and takes the time to work with me, to determine and adjust my plan of care. Dr. Tolia was an hour late to the office. My wife then had to wait 4 hours to be seen. Do not waste your time going to this office.

Let me start off by saying that dr tolia is a great doctor . Very listening . Works with you . BUT THE STAFF HERE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The staff is very unorganized . They had ONE person working the office on a Wednesday ? On top off it . The messed my appointment and then wanted me to wait 5 hours because they messed up . I have been seeing Dr.Tolia for about 4 yrs now and he listens and has not given up on me and has found out what is wrong, and didnt give up until he found out what is wrong with me.He truly cares about me and my family, and yes you sometimes have to wait a little longer but its not always like that.
