Dr. Devienni has been treating me for over 7 years. She has helped manage my medicines and my mental health issues. I have and highly recommend her

My goodness, she woman is horrible. Right from the start of our very long visit, she was clearly disinterested in our conversation. If at any point I was confused on her present question, instead of rewording it to help me understand what was being asked, she became very irritated and repeated the same exact question Until I felt pressured to just answer it with To the best of my ability. Very interesting to see that the only 5 star review for her on google is from another Indian woman such as herself. At the end of our appt, she rushed me out and I had to ask my questions I had written down as she was escorting me out of her room. She didn’t pace our visit properly to the point where I had a few minutes at the end to ask follow up questions. She was quick to prescribe me MORE medication without any explanation, so I had to ask her about it as she was walking me out. If you suffer from mental illness, stay away from this quack. She’s horrible and DOES NOT CARE about the well being of her patients!

So disappointed in Dr. Devinni. With everything going on with mental health, she left me without my medication, causing me to have to stop taking it cold Turkey which came along with terrible side effects. Absolutely terrible patient care. She left me without any medications refills for a medication I am suppose to take daily and had to stop cold turkey bc i couldnt get an appt with her. She wouldnt address my concerns at all. Very disappointed!

Receptionists barely answer the phone, psychiatrist very apathetic and hard to reach. Receptionists and psychiatrist need better communication, or someone needs to be fired for incompetence. Serious work needs to be done towards bettering the efficiency in this office. If you’re looking for convenience or security, definitely avoid this office. I was a patient of hers for 4 months and my experience was horrible. She is cold and dismissive. She did not prescribe me the proper medications to treat my disorder. I was a guinea pig of hers for 4 months while she switched me from medication to medication, using them off label, as they were said to have success treating “some” patients with my condition. I had terrible side effects with those medications and spent those 4 months suffering. We had follow up conversations via Skype (B/c of covid) which were 15 minutes long. These appointments were always cut short by her, yet she billed my insurance for a full hour. She does not care what her patients have to say and is very stuck in her ways. It’s a shame that she’s able to practice medicine. After the fourth medication my therapist insisted I see someone different. My New psychiatrist knew what medication to prescribe me after our first visit and my life has changed entirely. Seeing Dr. Devaneni was a waste of 4 months of life.

Dr. Devineni is excellent. The level of care she has provided to my Mom has been exceptional. When I contact the office about concerns or issues, the Doctor calls back within a an hour or two. The Dr. has seen my Mom as often has been necessary to deal with the issue Mom is facing. My Mom has improved considerably since the first visit. Would highly recommend.

Worse doctor ever! Absolutely no compassion. She shouldn't be allowed to treat animals let alone people. Told me straight out that she couldn't help me. Horrible Experience !!!
