Seems that the patients giving him a bad review dont understand his protocols due to covid. Yes you have to call before they let you in the door but that is because he wants to keep his staff and himself and patients healthy. Dr. Ohja is a great doctor and I've been visiting him since I was 5 years old, when my grandfather went to multiple doctors and no one could figure out what was wrong with him Dr. Ohja discovered the problem no one else could. Misdiagnosed me and didn’t even care to give me a call back Or ask the right questions.

The staff are terrible at their job. They never give the call to the doctor when I need to talk to him for my medication.

Doctor is great and caring! But the staff is rude, impolite and will hang up on you! You would never be able to get simple questions answered or be able talk to the doctor.

A 35 minute wait even with an appointment, and then very little interaction with the doctor. I got billed a cost share by my insurance for the annual Physical because the staff used incorrect codes. When I reached out to the doctor, there was not so much as an apology or even explanation, "it's just what we usually do"

Accepts walk-in so always there when you need him. Have never been disappointed with his diagnosis and meds.

We have been visiting here for more than 5 years. For us he is the best pediatrician in connecticut. His diagnosis is 100 Percent accurate . Even he is the best doctor in internal medicines. He is very caring and has a lot of patience as well as a doctor with optimistic attitude which cures half of the disease. The staff's are really wonderful. An unreasonably long wait time even with an appointment and limited interaction with the doctor. Then billing issues because incorrect codes were used for something as routine as an annual physical. The doctor refused to work with insurance because that's what they usually we do

Long wait inspite of having an appointment, got only few minutes with the doctor, used incorrect procedure codes for billing of annual physical resulting in cost share from the insurance

Doctor is is great! But Staff too impolite and will hangup on you! You will never be able to reach the doctor

Completely Impolite staff. Does not know what, and how things should be done. Do not read any written instruction throughly, Choose different doctor if possible.

Terrible! I went it with a soar throat, coughing and congestion. She tried to prescribe 6 weeks of allergy medication. I told her I do not have allergies. Great doctor

Its not only pakistani and indian. That Dr. Ohja is appreciated by. Ive been seeing this great doctor for years now. And everytime im sick he puts me back together. Staff is great. And Dr. Ohja is very caring about his patients

I've been seeing Dr. Ojha for well over a decade for physicals or any concerns that come up. I feel very comfortable with him. He hears you out patiently and explains things well. I've even brought my son to see him. It is a walk in clinic, so sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but his office hours in my opinion are convenient, so I dont mind waiting to be seen.

Doctor Ojha is always available, very attentive, I can come in on Saturday, or late in the evening. Ladies in the office are really nice. he is about proactive healthcare more than reactive. He puts emphasis on healthy life style, diet and exercise. If that is your thing, he is your doctor.

The most important thing is, they accept new patient and walk in. Dr is very friendly and helpful. He describe everything very clearly. Dr Ojha is very famous among all resident Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi people in Rock Hill. Even when I go there for an oppointment I have to wait anywhere from 45 minutes to 1.5 hour. Worst place to go when you are already feeling miserable!!!

The doctors is friendly and polite. He speaks gently and clearly with the kids. We went for a school physical and were satisfied. He will not come out as in control of his speech which can make you a touch uncomfortable in terms of confidence, but overall good to consult for basic physicals, minor ailments and topical conditions. We found the office, consulting and waiting area to be clean.

Waited 15 minutes in the exam room while he was meeting with a pharmaceutical rep (I could hear their entire meeting). That was clearly more important than seeing me,the one and only patient there.His resident met with me first and seemed nervous and clueless on what to ask.I had been having flu like symptoms for 5 days. Dr. diagnosed it as a viral infection.The nurse struggled to do the strep test,the entire office smelled of Asian food,which made me nauseous.Awful doctor.
