By far one of the best doctors I've seen. She's attentive, caring and listens! I've had several surgeries at Lahey and overall the best decision I've made. Dr. Shah is one of the best doctors!

Worst doctor ever. Stay away! Dr. Shah was my PCP as of last week but she was far from being available when I most needed her during this pandemic. I was feeling sick and instead of seeing me herself she constantly kept sending me to the ER. Yes, ER who then wanted to keep me there for 2 days. Her office never gets back to you timely and you can never directly talk to her which was very frustrating to me. I cannot always talk to the nurse about everything. Upon pushing for some tests myself, she ordered them but never called me to interpret them and let me know the results. Absolutely no sense of urgency. Left a message about something happening to me and didn’t get a call for a week. The appointments are all messed up too. I was scheduled for an in person and was told that there wasn’t anything scheduled. Nobody should have such an irresponsible and unavailable primary care doctor. Worst doctor ever. Stay away! Dr. Shah is caring, approachable and competent.

Dr. Shah really puts you at ease. She provides excellent care and explains matters well.

Dr Shah is kind and caring, and most importantly she listens I’m very thankful i have her as my PCP

I was in the process of changing Doctors and had not yet seen Dr. Shah. I explained my predicament and they got me right in. The wait time was less than 10 minutes. I left and the prescription was at my Pharmacy.

Dr. Shah is very kind and easy to talk to as well as very knowledgeable.
