Dr Dhama is great. He has a very calming demeanor. All the doctors in this practice are very caring and attentive to our needs.

Dr. Dahma gives quality care time to listen to his patients concerns, then act in accordance to make sure his patient feels comfortable and safe .

I am unable to give an unbiased review of this doctor since I never even got a chance to see him at his office at 8602 Musket St. Twice I made an appointment here to see him and twice the receptionists booked me to see him on a day when he was not there. The first time I showed up, they were unaware I had even been scheduled to see Dr. Dhama. So I made a trip up there for nothing. We rescheduled for another time and the receptionist assured me she would call to confirm. She didn't. Something told me to call a few hours before my appointment to confirm before making another fruitless trip out there. When I called, the receptionist said the doctor was not in. She didn't have the decency to call me to tell me that! When I asked her why she didn't call, she didn't have an excuse. She said some gibberish about the doctor's hours changing. But why couldn't she call me to tell me that? I'm sure Dr. Dhama is an excellent cardiologist but I'm having a coronary just trying to find a receptionist who is professional and not inconsiderate of people's time. The doctor might want to rethink having hours here altogether. Receptionists are a patient's first line of communication. If they don't have it together that doesn't make the doctor look good and it makes future patients go elsewhere for services. In short, I'll be looking for another cardiologist.
