It was a nice visit, he really listened to what I had to say. I'm going to meet with him in a couple of months to talk about my surgery.

My procedure and recovery could not have been more comfortable or successful.

He is obviously a fine surgeon with a stellar reputation. However, if you have any medical issues that create a situation for modifying in any way how he does surgery or post care management (meaning the drugs used during and post surgery) this is not the doctor for you. He does it his way, and only his way, which works fine, but no deviation will be considered. Save your time and find another surgeon.

Dr. Huang was referred to me by many of my clients. He was through & professional.

Great surgeon. I had hip replacement done about 9 years ago on my other hip, it left me with one leg longer and off balance. This time having the other one done was such a better experience. Dr. Huang evened my legs so I’m not off balance and don’t have to wear a shoe insert anymore. Plus it was out patient. I received a recommendation from a friend for Dr. Huang and also highly recommend him.

Dr. Huang performed this procedure on me 5 weeks ago. He did a fantastic job. I am 5 weeks post-op and currently in out-patient physical therapy. My degree of knee bend is at 128 degrees as of today. I'm not completely healed yet but if I continue having this kind of success I feel my leg should be back to normal in just a few months. I am very happy that I found Dr. Huang.

I have had four replacements done by Dr Huang, both knee joints and both hip joints, over a seven year term. He and is staff are great, all four parts are working well with no issues, would I use him again, you bet without any reservations at all.

Replaced my hip. Dr. Huang is an excellent doctor. Great follow thru, outstanding results, little to no pain, wonderful pre-surgery information. Even had the hip manufacture representative available to make sure right hip replacement was obtained. On a scale of 1-10 he is a 15.!!!

From my initial visit, to pre-op, surgery, and post op, Dr Huang was very informative and straight to the point. Dr. Huang is very knowledgeable and on many occasions had the answers to my questions before I even asked. Both in the office and on the table, Dr. Huang demonstrated great knowledge and skill in his field of medicine. He knows his work and I would even go as far as call him a master craftsman. To make my experience even more bearable in an uncertain moment in my life, Dr Huang has surrounded himself with a great support team and staff. His PA Mark Mashita was just as knowledgeable in educating me and answering any questions I had. Dr. Huang's office staff kept me up to date, well informed and on track through the whole process. The question is, would I have Dr. Huang do this surgery again? Well, I am 49 years old and have lived a very labor intense life, so, I'm sure I'll have more body parts replaced when its all said and done. The answer is YES I would and will again.

I had a right hip revision to replace a 26 year old failed prosthesis. Dr. Huang explained the procedure pre-op and then took the time post-op to review the procedure and discuss my progress. His PA, Mark, and the rest of his staff are amazing. It was comforting to know they work as a team and I completely trust being in their care. Aside from the anatomy and physiology of the procedure, Dr. Huang inspired me to take measures to become healthier overall - as I also want to protect the amazing work he did to restore my hip.

Dr. Huang is an excellent surgeon with an excellent team. I have had a partial knee replacement and recently a total knee replacement o my other knee. It has always been a good experience and I trust his skills 100%. I am always pleased at how quickly my recoveries have been. I would recommend Dr. Huang anytime!

I hobbled into Dr. Huang's office with a terrible case of Osteoarthritis of my left hip in so much pain it was a wonder to me now, how I could of even stood up. Six weeks later I was having a hip replacement and could not of asked for better treatment by Dr. Huang's staff or the hospital, Providence Regional Medical Center. I am eternally grateful for my new lease on life and owe this all to my amazing Surgeon , Dr. Bill Huang. My pain is gone, I am getting stronger every day and look forward to getting back my life that has been put on hold for so long. My only regret is not taking care of my hip sooner. THANK YOU ! Dr. Huang for being the miracle worker that you are !

Dr Huang explains everything very well. He did a hip replacement and it's wonderful to be active once again. I went to a different Dr before seeing Dr Huang and he told me different stories.. very wishy washy. I won't name that person though. I highly recommend Dr Huang he is an excellent surgeon.

Dr. Huang is very professional and I feel he did a great job with my Total Knee Replacement.

I had a unicompartmental knee replacement at the surgery center (out patient) and have only good things to say about Dr Huang, Mr Mashita and the staff. I work in the surgical field and appreciate Dr Huang’s deep level of commitment to his work and the team work at the surgery center. The teams level of experience and knowledge streamlined the process and, I believe, minimized the chances for complications. My case went very smoothly, and I left with a nerve block that controlled the pain for about 24 hours. After 3 home PT sessions my range of motion is doing very well and I am looking forward to a return to more normal knee function. Thank you to the whole team and Dr Huang. Had total knee replacement. I had extreme varus. Dr Huang did surgery and fixed it. My knee looks perfect! His team from the hospital to PT were top notch. I definitely would recommend him. He's very good at what he does.

Dr. Huang performed full knee replacement (both right and left knee) four years ago. In November 2020 he performed full right hip replacement. During a four-year post-op appointment in February 2020 he diagnosed severe arthritis in my right hip - misdiagnosed by my family practice doctor as sciatica a year yearly. Prep for surgery to include weight loss requirement to meet surgery protocol, pre-op testing and procedures, and surgery all went well and were well planned out and executed. All questions in 2020 were answered in a clear, concise, and easy to understand manner. Rehab protocol was well thought out and is working well. All staff at EBJ and Providence Medical Center were caring, professional, and I was very comfortable with no angst during all prep and surgery procedures. Dr. Huang's diagnostic and surgical skills are exceptional. Both knees and hip replacement were severe arthritis cases and today I am walking without pain and discomfort.

Had a left total hip replacement on November 5th. I am now six weeks out and feel great. Surgery went smoothly, was sent home the day of, and my recovery has gone swimmingly. Will be going back to work next week with no restrictions. Thanks to Dr. Huang and his team at Everett Bone and Joint.

I recently had a total hip replacement after decades of issues from avascular necrosis in said hip. Without prompting from me, medical staff on the day of surgery and post-surgery said that if they needed this surgery, they would choose Dr. Huang. I am grateful to the physician who referred me to him & for Dr. Huang's skill and professionalism and that of all his staff and at Providence, too. He explains things in a user-friendly yet direct way that gives you faith in what he advises. That kind of experience has meant more than I can say in both going through the surgery and the post-op recovery. Mine was not an easy surgery because of the deterioration in my bones, but he made it seem routine. Recovery has been slowed only by my slowly healing bones and has been relatively pain-free with plenty of support from Dr. Huang and his staff. If you have concerns about where to have your hip replacement because of existing complications, feel confident in going to Dr. Huang.

I recently had two right hip replacements. The first one went haywire because I had a misstep, cracked my femur and Dr. Huang needed to go back in to put in a bigger rod, plus repair the femur. I have total confidence in everything he does and his incredible wealth of knowledge.

I was referred to Dr Huang by two different friends who had hip and knee replacements done. I had both hips replaced within a nine month period. Both procedures went smoothly as did my rehabilitation. I would highly recommend Dr. Huang and his team. Thank you for making my life better!

When I was finally ready for hip replacement surgery I chose Dr. Huang on recommendations of family and friends. His attitude of competence, as well as his pragmatic approach inspired confidence. After surgery his attentiveness and kindness relaxed me. Good guy. I've been wary of this surgery ("Why can't my body heal itself?") but this is one surgeon I would highly recommend. And my body IS healing itself—with the assistance of Dr. Huang and his quality team. Mark Mashita also inspired confidence with his clarity and easy manner in pre surgery appointment. It's been four weeks and I'm not in pain (there's a bit after exercise but all doable). I walk without aids and am re-training my body and brain to work well together. The physical therapists (Melody and Leanne) of Providence have been brilliant in aiding my body to relax and trust this new hip. The Providence nurses: attentive, compassionate, so knowledgable. My gratitude and deep appreciation to Dr. Huang and Team.

He's the best! I had both hips replaced in 2015. There was no problem with either replacement. No pain. No infection. Both hips work perfectly now. Thank you Dr Huang.

I've seen Dr. Huang for several years for hip pain and finally decided to have a hip replacement. Dr. Huang came with high recommendations from several friends that have gone to him, as well as my husband who had a knee replacement a few years ago. I had the surgery a month ago and so far am very happy with the results. Dr. Huang has been very happy to explain everything and answer a ton of questions. His staff as always been very courteous and helpful to me. Recovery from the surgery has been much easier than I expected, very little pain after the first few days and quickly returning to everyday activities. I highly recommend this doctor.

Absolutely happy with my new 4week old knee. Dr Huang has this down as a well oiled machine. He’s very informative about the process before and after. The two hour pre-op class is a must at the hospital, very informative. Care at Providence was 5 star. Having Providence Health nurse and PT come to my house was over the top helpful for my recovery. Key to the success is listening and doing what you are told to do by all staff involved. My success is due to Dr Huang and all the professionals he connected me with. I may be part of the success as I did everything and more than they asked of me. Highly recommend Dr Bill Huang, Mark and his entire team.

My experience with this knee replacement has been exceptional. I was well informed and well taken care of at both the office and hospital. The in home PT person assigned to me the day after I returned home from hospital was key to my success in healing. Dr. Huang's staff was great at helping me with my pain management. I would 100% recommend this doctor for the procedure.

Originally I visited Dr. Huang for ongoing knee arthritis pain (my entire leg ached). Upon examining my knee and ordering further x-rays he determined that I also had arthritis in my hip, but neither joint had enough damage to warrant surgery. He suggested other treatment options, which provided temporary relief. Fast forward 2 years and I am now 3 months post hip replacement surgery (anterior approach) and am feeling fabulous. Throughout my treatment Dr. Huang has thoroughly explained the rationale for his recommendations, answered all questions and he has a great bedside manner.

Dr. Hwang was very informative and professional before, during and after my hip replacement. He instilled great confidence in me regarding my procedure. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Huang listens well and addresses any concerns. His work is impeccable and tailored to the individual patient. I've always been seen on time or early. His staff (front office, medical staff, PA, radiology) are kind, considerate and helpful.

I had both hips done by Dr. Huang and am very pleased with the results. I found him to be very informative and professional throughout the entire process. His office staff and care team were awesome. I highly recommend that if you're looking for an Orthopedic Surgeon you need to meet with him first.

I had a total knee replacement done by Dr. Huang 16 months ago. The entire surgery team, from EB&J outpatient to Providence Hospital inpatient, was excellent. The pre-op, surgery, post-op and rehab all went extremely well. I am now totally pain-free and fully functional, able to walk, hike, bicycle and garden without restriction. I am deeply grateful for Dr. Bill Huang!

I’ve been a pt of EB&J for many yrs, after many right knee scopes, had a right total knee replacement by Dr Huang, who Dr Nowak recommended, and cannot be happier.

I had partial knee replacements in both knees performed by Dr Huang in 2014 about 6 months apart and after 4+ years now, I couldn't be happier. The clinic is a comfy shabby but clean and the surgery was at Providence Hospital, which is first class. The whole experience was 5 star.

Dr. Huang performed a Total Knee Replacement of my left knee on March 20, 2018. Everyone at Providence Hospital spoke highly of him, from the recovery room to the discharge nurses. My pre-op evaluation went well, as he explained the procedure and what to expect, I also had a 2hr class prior to surgery to go over pre- surgery expectations , the details of the parts they use, and what to expect the day of surgery, and what to expect after surgery. Very pleased with my surgery and recovery.

Dr. Huang performed a Total Knee Replacement of my left knee on March 28, 2018. He is a very skilled surgeon, deliberate in his practice and very highly regarded by his peers and colleagues at Providence hospital in Everett and by medical professionals across the region. My pre-op evaluation and interaction with Dr. Huang was thorough and informative. My surgical result has been spectacular thus far with no complications and a minimum of discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Huang.

Great experience with my hip replacement. Up and walking the day of and home the next day. I like being able to ask questions and get refills on the web site. His PA and MA are very helpful and informed.

Very smart and confident

Dr. Huang is an excellent surgeon! I felt very confident he knew how to perform my hip surgery. It only took about 4 weeks and I was able to walk around, bend, etc. I highly recommend Dr. Huang and if I ever need another surgery he is my surgeon! He is also a very considerate, kind and explains the procedure.

I had a major problem with my left hip in 2016. Many of my co-workers who had hip replacements by Dr. Huang highly recommended him. I had my left hip replaced on November 1, 2016 by Dr. Huang and his team. Surgery and recovery went smoothly with minimal pain and currently my hip is as good as new. My confidence in Dr. Huang is so great that I had my right knee replaced by him on December 6, 2017. I have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone who needs a hip or knee replacement.

I could not ask for a better surgeon then Dr. Huang. I had my left hip totally replaced 2 months ago and I'm very pleased with how easy all aspects of my treatment and recovery have gone. I am completely off all pain relievers, including OTCs, my scar is a thin red (and fading) line, and my strength and flexibility are better than they have been for years. I carry a cane when I leave the house, but otherwise do not use any assistance. I feel great! Thank you, Dr. Huang!

You can trust to know he is very confident in what he does and the patient is vulnerable. It was very nice feeling he would do his job correctly and efficiently.

Dr. Huang was recommended by two other MD's, both said that they would have Dr. Huang do the surgery if they needed a knee or hip replacement. I certainly recommend Dr. Huang and his team as it is very much a team operation.

I would surely recommend Dr Huang to others. He was compassionate, and able to give confidence to the concerns I had before surgery, while being professional and personable. My post surgery experience was excellent, with Home Care recommended and completed. Truly 5 star!!!

Dr. Huang is very careful and thorough in his assessment of the patient and the surgery required. He performed replacements on both my knees, and I could not be more pleased with the results. His skill and care meant that I had little swelling and pain during the recovery process. The second surgery, a partial replacement, required no pain medication except Tylenol afterwards.

I have had two joint replacements by Dr. Huang and would not even consider another Dr. He is the absolute best! Not only is he an excellent surgeon, but he takes time with you, making sure you have all the answers to ensure a favorable outcome. His physician assistant Mark and nurses are also excellent and I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Dr. Huang and his team at EBJ.

Dr Huang was wonderful from start to finish in all aspects of my care when I needed both my hips replaced. I found him to be professional, pleasant, and very easy to talk to. I also found out from all other care depts how well thought of he is by his colleagues and team. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing hip knee replacements.
